Personally appreciate the changes made in the drama....I love that the story feels more deep and relatable now..I love that the characters were given more depth in the drama especially Ji won and Ji Hyuk and I love that Ji hyuk's character is more involved and active in the drama.
When Ji Hyuk said I want to be your solid land Iam glad it didn't come out of the blue but rather he said it after recalling Ji won telling him about feeling like she's on a boat and doesn't really have that one strong support system since her dad died so him saying I want to be your solid land was simply him saying I want to be your safe person some one who looks out for you protects and does everything for you.
When Ji won said I want to confide in your...it's simply her wanting some one to share her pain and sorrows and problems as well as happiness with..this is Ji won finally willing to trust some one with her feelings.....
These two's relationship is being built in a mature yet impactful way where they are building an emotional understanding....they communicate with one another and it feels refreshing.
PS: Ji Hyuk you don't need to raise my standards more and more especially since you have already set the bar high😩💜
Today's episode marked the end of the first half of this drama and so far so good....the way the story is being told in a simple but impactful way...I love how every character so far has depth attached to them..I love how Iam given a reason to root for the character am supposed to root for and a reason to despise the characters Iam supposed to despise.....I love the way the relationship between the leads is being developed.... slowly but in a way that they are building this emotional connection along the way and it feels natural and unforced so far.... especially since they also have really amazing chemistry.....
What Iam trying to say is that the first half of the drama has been good on my side...the pacing and acting and the well thought out dialogue that the actors and actresses are doing a good job to deliver.....I can't wait for the second half of the drama and I hope it gets better and better.....💜
The way Ji Hyuk says words like, “ Use me or I would have broken his fingers or do not dare hurt her again and now I want to be your solid land " without making them sound cringe.......ahhhhh
Main plot will be same. But story telling was different. FL still need s some more courage and depth of taking…
I like that the story telling is more deep in the series......and as for the courage...that's something she is slowly getting as the dramas or story flows.

The way the characters are written with depth and personality is one of the best things about this drama.....the acting adds to the potrayal of the characters feelings and it's done so well even with the subtle facial expressions and body language.
Na inwoo's acting in that flashback was so good..he didn't have to do much you could just see pain in his eyes....and that conversation in the taxi was just so simple yet so deep!!!!
So min plotting to make a move on Minhwan thinking she's being smart and stealthy meanwhile she doesn't know we are cheering like yes girl win your self a trashy husband......😭🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I was worried about the thirty episodes but so far the pacing in the first ten has been okay...it's entertaining and can get intense with every episode..I also love the touch of mystery surrounding the game and all..the characters well most aren't to my liking but their reactions to situations are valid...I saw a comment saying female lead can't act and I beg to differ... considering I have already seen her in three dramas before this..I think she is doing well for a character that's supposed to be cold distant and like sort of brave....Iam so glad Miles Wei ain't a CEO🤣 he was being type casted and it was nolonger funny....either way do far I think it's a good watch!!! Can't wait for more.
I want this to be available on Viki soon..I need to watch it with better subs to completely get immersed because the story the acting from the two episodes I've watched us definitely my cup of tea! and it's emotionally connecting from the first episodes
Six episodes in and am starting to lean over to this being one of my favourites of the year already ( and yes the year has just started) but I can't help it......
From the story pacing with is neither fast and neither slow but is engaging and entertaining.....the acting which is amazing and Iam loving how most characters are utilising those their facial expressions....all this in addition to the great characterisation.....and the great character development.....this in addition to the amazing chemistry between the leads.....so far Iam loving how each episode gets better and I hope they maintain the momentum!!!!!
I can watch Ji won and Ji Hyuk interactions for an hour...like these two can just talk and giggle in the car or just stare at eachother and smile at eachother.......I really didn't expect them to have this great chemistry....ahhh 😭💜 but they are just so cute together 💜
