Is true also there's not a single episode of peace, the atmosphere is heavy with all the murderer and suspicions , the romance feels secondary to the plot. At least the costumes for the woman are stunning my opinion.

The reason for two seasons, is because the Chinese censor in c- dramas , there's a new rule in the C-Drama industry in China that sequels and succeeding seasons of the drama won't be aired until 12 months after the end of its first season broadcast, so Flourished peony drama has 56 episodes in total and the censor allows no more than 40 episodes. In order to also pass the censor regulations the production decided to changed the name of the drama "In the name of blossom" to allow the season to be released the same year. The rumor is that the drama will be aired next month. We cross fingers 🤞.
