OMG! So, I am FINALLY caught up to ep 8, ready for ep 9! This is so good. And aside from Bun/Tan can we talk about Sorowit/That (omfg I HATE that name). They are so adorable and That is such a little brother. Sorowit is the most adorable character ever. I just wanna put him in my pocket, feed him leun Kleuns and protect him. But this drama is turning out better than I thought it would be. And Ep 9 looks lit AF! I'm so proud of the cast and crew for Manner of Death and to make it so good during a pandemic - wow.

Another question is which name BL actors will want to take these roles? They've all seen how this project treats their actors. And the poor newbie actors coming in will do it because they want the break but will that be healthy for them? And not only that, they will have to worry about being compared to the actors who played the role ahead of them - its a disaster and won't be easy for anyone

That was one of the things that I was sitting over here like 'WHO IS WRITING THIS?' - I'm not a gay man, but if I was writing this, I would make Ton kiss Chon like he did but that was where it would have stopped. I get it, Ton wanted to see what he felt with that kiss, to confirm that, yes, I do want this guy. Yes, I do feel something for him. But the rest of that scene would have been Chon being like "that was sweet and all but WTF?" Or even have Chon be like "wait, freaked out when I kissed you so explain yourself or leave." Then they would have had a little talk, get a few things settled then cuddled. Then, since it's a SHORT series, had one of those Spongebob things like "A month later" (or something like that) THEN have the love scene. That would have given it some breath, give the viewers time to be like "okay, they've been 'dating' for a month so this makes sense."

Do you guys remember when GMM was the beacon for change? I'm not even sure--did they switch workers? Did they fire everyone that was there during He's Coming to Me or Happy Birthday? Yes, I get Happy Birthday wasn't BL, but that was some AMAZING writing

Um Chon's mom isn't bad. I mean, when she took Chon's phone and was trying to send Ton a message, I wanted to slap her. But she's not bad. The female students are always problematic. And I'm happy to see Chon fighting back. Hopefully, Amp will get what's coming to her by the end but I am holding out no hope. These women never suffer any consequences for the stuff they pull.

I think they were thinking HEMP ROPE is a tad weird for the series. honestly, on my side of the world hemp has to do with weed lol. Or they kept having to explain what it means.
