Um, just because someone likes you doesn't mean you have to date them. I may not like Chon a whole lot right now, but that was one of the ONLY right things he's done. The fact he kept reminding Na that they were only friends. The fact he told Na right away that he wasn't interested. Yes, it irritates me that Na was hurt and then the writers pretended he didn't even exist toward the end of ep 8, but still. Don't date someone because you feel obligated to because they like you. If you don't like them back, be kind but be upfront. because down the line things can only end badly.

You're only partially right with this, I think. I recognize the mess of this from ep 1. And I had TONs of people come for me when I started pointing it out. But ignoring the horribleness of those things doesn't make someone a horrible person. Trust me, my friend complains EVERY time we watch an ep, because I won't shut up - I keep pointing the irritating things out to her but she deserve that because she bribed me to pick it up again. The thing is, most people look at this as fiction--as they should. They may not agree with most of it, but they figure people watch fiction all the time and the world hasn't ended. What we need to do is make sure if we know young, impressionable people who watch this (I don't know how the rating system works for programming in Thailand or other parts of the world) we sit them down and have conversations about the good parts of this show and the not so good parts. Being angry at it won't really change anything. We just have to make sure that the young guns we love, who are LGBT, who are questioning, who aren't entirely sure what name to put on who they are, know that most of the behaviour in this show are sketchy at best and teach them the right things. That's it.

Okay...

1. I still want to kick their friends' asses. Even though Na knew what he was walking into, I still feel so bad for him. Na is now hurt and suddenly vanishes. Like, they couldn't have kept him and intro a new guy who has eyes for only Na? After he had that talk with Ton he was just POOF! Gone. Why is it writers can't finish a story without using one character as bait then have them vanish? I hope if or when he shows up again, he has a revenge body and it's with a stud hotter than Ton. I swear, if his story doesn't end right, I'm writing a fanfic and y'all should support (it would be free to read lol).

2. That relationship went from negative 45 to 100 fast. First of all, he freaks out when Chon kissed him then just walks in, kisses Chon then bed? Bruh, on what planet? Like I get it, they only have two more eps to go and they still have to shove a whole bunch more into them. This rush could have been avoided if they'd taken out some of the scheming, shorten the damn montage and the whore line. I mean, who really needs an ENTIRE whore line?

3. When I was in college I did a whole crap ton of stupid shit. Like, a lot. Honestly, because there's no other way to put this - My friends an I were morons. No one would believe the crap we pulled. But you'll NEVER find a video or a picture or a gif of how big a moron we were because pictures and videos never go away. And once they hit the internet they move like wildfires...so Chon taking those pics was a stupid thing to do and he should get his ass kicked because that makes him a WHOLE other level of idiot.

4. Also about those pics, how did she get them? Not unless Chon was a complete idiot and sent them to someone or when his friend was playing around with the phone she accidentally sent them - but how would she do that and not realize she'd done it? So that picture magically winding up on the internet makes zero sense because it wasn't set up properly and no one is going to question it because everyone seems blind to logic when it comes to these two.

5. Ton. He matured a little by going away to think of what he needs to do next. I have to say I respect that. SMy people always tell me to not make decisions when I'm angry or talk to people when I'm angry. I'm a Gemini, black, a Jamaican and a woman - so that's a horrible combination when I'm angry. So, I respect him going off to be alone for some time to make his mind really try figuring things out. I respect that.

Also, the beach scene him standing up for those two men even though he was in his head. I am going to be woman enough to say I'm proud of what he did. The old Ton wouldn't have done that.

Also the beach scene, I applaud Pod so hard for this scene. The pain in his face hurts me all the way to my soul. People keep saying I don't like Pod, I do. He was the ONLY reason I watched Dark Blue Kiss because I was WAY over Pete/Kao by then. I loved that face ever since I saw him in Kiss Me Again. I adore him as an actor. The character is what I have an issue with.

5. The Feeding. Lord have mercy, why? I'm watching it thinking "Chon is your boyfriend, not a baby. He can eat his own damn food." Why was that even a thing!? They could have taken that out and add that time to the development of the relationship.

6 Pacing. It's off. It's SO off. It is moving way to fast. And I get it - apparently, they only have ten episodes but someone on this production team needed to be better at time management and explain that this story, though it was supposed to be cute and fluffy, had some demons in its closet and needed to be better planned (again, remove whore line, decrease montage and get rid of the feeding Chon like he's two years old).

7. Wifey. What in the Tharntype 2gether hell is this mess? Chon obviously identifies as male, so what is this obsession with calling him wifey? They were having a moment then Ton tosses out that word and I cringed so hard, I thought I cracked a tooth. I really hope they stop using that word. It's horrible.

8. Water in the face. YASSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS! I've been waiting on that clapback since I started watching BL. Now, at the end Amp should get hit by a car. And since I know a few fools will come for me because they have the mental capacity of a one year old and cant differentiate between the actor and the character, let me be clear. I want the CHARACTER to be hit by a car NOT the actor.

9. Preview for next week. Why...just why? But I should watch the ep before I pass judgement. Because he JUST made Chon that promise and he's already breaking it. I get what is happening--because its the same thing that happened between him and Ton where the friends basically had to push him to his breaking (Which I don't agree with. They basically forced him out of the closet and that's not okay) and that's precisely what his sister is going to do next ep--I think.

Ugh this hurts my brain.

Wayu is a doormat. Most of these characters are. I get love but what I've had to learn is if you don't respect yourself enough, no one will respect you. This whole "I love you no matter what" is garbage most times. Pha obviously doesn't respect Yu but You is going to take him back with zero consequences so of course Pha will come back. But all we're probably going to see of him is the back of his head or a thumb over his face lol

Oh gawd. I needed a pick my up and this post...lump of a boy...but the guys in the locker room are the two boys who were studying on the pool deck like two or so eps back. This new storyline is useless. I don't know what they're doing. I agree.nits a hot mess

Okay, after reading the comments I finally got around to stealing time to watch ep 9 and I have some thoughts. And before you come for me, I said what I said. Want to know why? The studio responsible for this disaster has been doing this for a while and I expected better. I keep hoping this will get better - Kim and Copter deserves so much more. Anyway...

Wayu: Ugh! Enough already! Grow a backbone and stop acting like a butthurt teenager. Is anyone severely annoyed with this character or is it just me? He's weak and I don't like him. I mean I get it. Pha is a rat ass bastard, but dude, you have to see that he's a rat bastard and pick yourself up.

Thanu/Phai: Everyone is complaining about the whole premonition thing, and I get it. It's veering off into some sort of paranormal garbage and ain't nobody has time for that. But it wasn't cringey at all. It was actually cute. I mean, they had to find something to tie in the whole soulmate thing and it could have been worse. I find I like their scenes in ep 9. Then next week according to the preview, Thanu is going to back away from Wayu--any ADULT would tell you that's the responsible thing for him to do. He realizes Wayu caught feelings so the best thing for him to do is give Wayu space. But of course, y'all are so obsessed with this spineless jellyfish that you can't see that. Ugh, I'm so sick of him.

Padbok: I can legit do without him. The mystery between him and Thanu has gotten on my damn nerves and I'm over it.

Mark/Kit: Not sure how I feel about that love scene. Hopefully Kit wasn't too drunk. But they are adorable. I think the studio is beginning to take tips from the Philippines with that dance bit but it was beautiful.

The swimmer guys: Why? Did we REALLY need another bullshit mystery storyline? Like, seriously?

*rubs brain* Three episodes left. I can get through three episodes.
