Yes, i have just seen the trailer of "contenders" , that looks so good ! if My destiny has same production quality with all that veteran actors, This show will further accelerate TSY 's career. And she will definately be a household name and might let her win really prestigious awards .

Yes I have also seen some fans mention Seven and Ding yuxi will be done with their respective filming around March. I hope she takes on this project. Besides that the screenwriter is Tong hua, so the production will also be very good.

I knew there has to be deleted scenes 🎬 this show could have ended up with 45 episodes. They should have kept it rather than rushing it to end within 40 episodes. This cast is GOLD!

Exactly my point , just finised watching the remaining 4 episodes. And as i mentioned earlier screen time was mandatory and also last 2 episodes was too much rushed ! but overall, it was a good show. I hope to see ZYC , TSY and JC collaborate again if they get the opportunity in the future. Good chemistry between everyone.

Yes, that is why i have decided not to bother with MDL ratings, as people have too much time in their hands to show toxicity on TSY's page. They just can't accept the fact that she does have talent, while their favourites solely depend on their looks. Plus it is evident that every cast and staffs of production has put so much effort in creating BO. And their efforts won't go in vain , because they have true viewers like us.

A well executed drama ! BUT....
i have seen a comment months ago saying BO is adapted from a very long Novel. So i can definately get the vibe the screewriters tried their best to fit in every thing thus maybe the pace got faster in the middle. But now that i look back , my personal opinion is this , the series should have been extended to 42 or 44 episodes. Let me tell you why , The actors tried their best to show every details of their emotions with the very fast pace, which evey one might prefer. But if you carefully observe the camera work, i felt they missed out on the small details on YJL's deep affection towards JYY, they should have put extra 3-4 romance scenes of them . Jing chao deserved more Screen time as he is the SML, only showed more of his true nature at the end which should have started in episode 25 or 26 , thus it felt more rushed but he did amazing at portraying a psycopath obsessed powerful prince. Now if we come down to the BROCADE part, whatever was shown on the weaving silk industry, it was good enough in terms of the budget this drama had. Overall, whatever the production had come up with BO was enjoyable for me. You wouldn't get bored, this is all about the Journey of JYY after all. And if anyone dropped it because they don't like the FL or the story line , well this series wasn't your cup of tea to begin with.
