Ok guys, tried to translate some parts and now I think it really is just obsession/affection from the black hair guy with the blond one, he feels responsible for him like he would of a puppy. Almost the same thing with the big brother of the blond one (that he still seems to like as a love interest) and his own little brother. But when he wants to be alone or have a place to go, he goes to their once shared house and stays with the blond guy. The blond guy likes? The short hair girl but it still isn’t that much. He tries to help her with the best friend too. But she gets interested with him too. The blond and dark hair stop living together bc of debts and their difference when it comes to money, but try to stay in good terms (with tension and awkward moments, they try to forget the time they lived together). The black hair one realizes that they never talked about much or really knew each other, both of them can’t understand how they became friends. But they think that to be someone’s friend you don’t have to be equals. Then the black hair guy how good of a liar the blond one is when it comes to pretend to be happy or selfish but he’s actually sad and thinking about others. The black hair girl tells him to stop feeling responsible and being so obsessive with Jun. And then the big brother is back in the picture and their relationship starts romantically. But to me it’s the same thing, the black hair guy taking in another person that depends on him and even worse than Jun. I guess he has a complex of wanting to help and save people but it doesn’t work like that... and yeah. I could be talking sh*t again. I just wish someone could translate and post the webtoon :’) I’ll stop trying to understand it and just enjoy and see in the kdrama. I do confess I’d prefer the black hair guy to stay with Jun in the end on the webtoon but I don’t want to be a 🤡 haha

Alright, I just read the whole thing (but it was in Korean so I didn’t understand much) and it seems that the black hair guy will like the blond guy A LOT and the blond guy likes him (? At first it seems just platonic from his side) but is afraid or idk he really likes him from all the people I saw him interact with, he’s the most vulnerable and clingy with the black hair guy, be it platonic or romantic from his side of things. There’s SO MUCH tension between them, they start living together after college or during the end of it, there’s sweet moments and sad moments, but the blondie likes girls too and sleeps with a girl from time to time and he will have a friendship of some sorts with the short hair girl (that is a female lead in the drama but doesn’t show much in the webtoon in comparison to other characters) and there was even an indirect kiss between them (the blondie covered her mouth with his fingers and kissed her while the childhood friend was looking) but it doesn’t seem like they r in love or anything like that, they kind of listen to each other when the childhood friend and black hair guy are doing other things or made them feel sad. The short hair girl likes her childhood best friend. The black hair guy will like the blond guy’s big brother that he will meet only after starting living with the blond guy for some time, he feels torn between both brothers but in the end he seems to always think and go back to the blond one bc he’s the one he really loves/cares. That’s what I gathered from all the images, the webtoon is in season 3 and it isn’t finished yet. I could be wrong bc I really don’t know Korean and only took conclusions from what I saw in the images haha maybe the black hair guy actually likes the big brother but goes back to the blond one for comfort? Idk, but there’s a scene where the black hair guy meets with the blond guy and cries on his shoulder as if missing him or apologizing bc they were separated for a bit and stopped living together (while he dated the big brother). And after leaving he goes back to the big brother and almost sleeps with him (in an intimate way) but can’t and says something to him and the big brother seems hurt or betrayed and they part ways after a brief hug and the black hair guy goes back to the blond one where he finds him alone and crying on the floor. The two siblings have a difficult past (abusive parents) and seem to dislike each other bc of some misunderstanding that happened at some point where the blond one ends up in a hospital and the other one blames himself for that? They miss each other and what they had as kids and they care about each other but it takes time and a lot of arguments before then. I feel like the blond one feels inferior to his brother, like everyone prefers his brother and leaves him one way or another (including the black hair friend when he meets the big brother). But the big brother suffered at school when he was younger and had/has his own monsters to fight and feels alone too. I feel sorry for both, but I felt more sorry for the blond hair guy bc he’s the main character along with the black hair guy (and they’re the main couple it seems, even for the author but it’s in a slow burn/pining kind of way I guess, let’s wait for the webtoon to finish to be certain) and as readers we are given more things to feel connected with him, he’s a cinnamon roll. The red hair girl likes the black hair guy and has a toxic relationship with another man. The long black hair girl seems to care a lot for the red hair girl (possible GL? Or just close/best friends) and had a thing for the black hair guy but not anymore? The childhood friend will be a close friend of the blond guy and the black hair guy. There were few moments (1 or 2 if I’m not mistaken) where all 6 of them hang out together and other times it’s not all 6, but just 3 or 4 of them. That’s the rollercoaster of this webtoon :’) I kept a lot of things out and focused just on the relationships between the characters. To me, it seems the drama adaption will be like the webtoon, but with some minor changes. I say minor bc while the whole season 1 focused basically on blondie guy and black hair guy’s bonding/friendship, slowly but surely the other things showed in this trailer and the sinopses everywhere do start to happen in season 2 onwards. But instead of tying her shoelaces while the blond one covers her head in the rain, in the webtoon their first meeting is when she is running bc of her childhood friend and bumps into the blondie while he’s holding an umbrella in the rain. But it’s still curious the choice to make the girl a female lead. It would make more sense for the red hair girl to be the other lead (bc she had more significant moments in the webtoon so far) or the big brother bc even the webtoon cover is with him, the blondie and black hair guy, the true love triangle in this. But oh well, I’m just curious to see how it goes, if the author gave them a look in the future of what happens in the webtoon or if they’re just being mysterious/ambiguous so people will have the element of surprise after watching the actual drama instead of basing it off from the trailers and teasers and think things will happen like that. It will be a plot twist for people that never read the webtoon. Still, it will be a big step in kdrama culture if this turns out to be a long episode series with subtle BL like in the webtoon (people calling it Bromance or not). I hope they don’t change this aspect too much or make it a male x female school love and predictable romance bc the webtoon is centered on the two male leads and their uncertain feelings and relationship with each other. There are straight couples but ya know, they’re secondary couples, but not the point and not related to them two.
