I honestly feel the same way. Lots of people hate on the second season but I never understood why. Tbh I like it just as much as the first one even tho the end always seemed a bit rushed to me. I enjoyed the chemistry between Naksu and Jang Uk as well, but I do get why people miss Mudeok. Still, not a reason to hate imo. This second season honestly made the series as a whole one of the best Kdramas I have watched so far and I would go back and watch it again any time (it is peak Kdrama just like you said:))
i wouldn't say that. certain people attract the other kind of so to say "bad" people, but not bc they are "pathetic" themselves but mostly bc of childhood trauma and then they get into toxic relationships again and again, despite obviously not wanting to
honestly, I loved the drama, even tho it left me heartbroken in the end, probably mostly because it was so realistic, it made all the heartbreak just hurt more
Here's the revised essay incorporating your points:---A Disappointing Experience with the Drama NeverthelessWatching…
no seriously, people out there always having such big problems with the development of relationships being portrayed differently other than the traditional way (with which is nothing wrong ofc). and even tho it may be not relatable for you (or chat gpt) it does convey the course of events and how they're evolving nowadays (sometimes), even if that means building a connection only through physical intimacy. plus I do think it was a positive change for korean drama, to not be as conservative regarding explicit scenes, which weren't all over the place imo. (also, ever heard of f+ ?) and ofc it showcases a very toxic relationship, but that's the whole point! it's supposed to show the struggles in the current dating culture
as it was my first korean movie to watch, I don't think it was the best start, but still the relatively simple story had its own beauty to it. for me it had a kind of nostalgic vibe to it... idk why
Considering the storyline and characters I definetely enjoyed the second season more than the previous one. It was simply getting too long in the end whereas for the s2 I found it a little rushed. I bingewatched this drama and I could watch it again every time. I don't know why a lot of people are hating on s2, because the plot was getting intense and also their chemistry was just incredible. I loved it! Definetely recommend it!
I have a very important question: does this Drama have a happy ending? Because when I watched it, I probably cried in every episode and the last one I have watched (I think it was ep 14, but I don't know tbh) I cried so much that I was scared to watch the last two. And If there is a happy ending, is it Tak Dongkyung and Kim Saram being together? Pleeeaasseee tell me
When it was still airing, this drama received a lot of buzz from c-drama fans and viewers of Korean dramas who…
yeah, you should! it's really good! i'm also more used to korean because I've watched lots of korean content (kpop, K-Drama,...) but in my opinion, you get used to it quickly. The edits on tiktok we're also the reason why I started it,😅 and I surely do not regret it❤️
