I may be wrong but the text msg which CSH's mother read while eating I think it was about a divorce ? Like his father and mother must have discussed it earlier as we have seen how the family is, and must have stopped as ml was a child. And it was said the text too "Now our son has grown up", so maybe now they're thinking about it ? I also think that they must've thought that CHS's mother has been cheating with that minister, although it hasn't been revealed if she is or was. But when CSH saw BSK's father with a woman he got a flashback of his mother leaving with that minister and he was crying and calling but she didn't came. Plus CSH's father searched for lily of valleys, so maybe he's still trying ? but when he saw her with that minister his heart dropped. Pretty sure she isn't cheating right now as she tries to make things better I guess if she did it must've been in past or just a misunderstanding I. Even when all the mom's went to make wishes at the temple she wrote "Make my son forget about the incident" and they get close or something like that I don't remember correctly but it did give a hint.
