Totally agree with you. I love Yuwen Yue so much. He is like my top 3 male leads of all time. His one glance tells so much. Yanxun was great in his own right too. Didnt care much for princess. Half of her scenes arent necessary for the plot. Deng Lun is such foxy and cute. Loved him in Ashes of love and too bad he is blacklisted. Hoping to read the novel in english from the lake scene.
Exactly how i feel about this drama. First 24 episodes were so good and rest i really watched it for Yuwen Yue. He is one of most amazing male leads. Xing’er became dumb from midway and finally understood the she loves YWY at the final scene is infuriating. That forehead kiss is beautiful though. She sacrificed YWY for Yan Xun is unforgivable. I wanted to watch Rebirth but they hold no candle to original actors and costumes are hideous.
Baby looks 3 months in the u/s pic and she was very stressed and didnt care much about period i think. Doesnt mean she hooked up with her cheating husband recently.
Didnt add so many unnecessary characters and finished the book, it would have been epic.
