Dropped it. I've watched 8 episodes already and there isn't really much happening in this drama. Too slow. Also I didn't like the homosexual vibe in this one. I hope that at least Korean dramas will not forward the LGBT stuff.
Damn a 8.8, the show is rising lol, is it that good??? I want to know if this is worth watching?
Definitely watch it ! Not just Ji Sung, but all the cast members are great in their roles. This is the first time when I don't drop a drama which I watch it in parallel with its broadcasting in Korea.
This drama is Pure Art. Brilliant script, exceptional casting and acting - Yoo Ah In steals the show for me, beautiful…
I bet it is because the both dramas as well as 'Tree With Deep Roots' have the same pair of script writers. Further more, 'TDR' and SFD' have the same director too.

'SFD being a good drama' is un understatement from my point of view. And this is said by someone who is not a fan of historical dramas and certainly not so long ones. The truth is this is my second historical drama after Empress Ki. If during watching 'Empress Ki' I had several attempts of dropping it, in case of 'Six Flying Dragons' I didn't feel the time passing by. It was so good, the intrigue, the plot, the twists in the story, always there is something that surprises you. I wish it was longer than 50 episodes. Now I have hard time of choosing what drama to watch. But I think I will watch 'Queen Seon Duk' which is also a historical drama.
So my advice is to give it a try to see if it is on your taste and make your own opinion.

and 'Song of Chungsan'. Both bring tears into my eyes.
Is it just me or is it getting a bit boring? Just watching for the chef now.
Now that you put it this way, you're absolutely right. It is a spoiler. My reply to the previous comment implies that I watch the drama for the same reason: The chef which is the handsome killer ! I just missed seeing the things that way. Thank you for pointing this out.

Why is my comment a spoiler ? I didn't say who actually was the killer, I did say he is handsome which is really a relative notion so to speak! As for the drama, the suspense and so the mystery is killed in the moment when is revealed to us who is the killer and that is happening pretty quick and all we have left are the long scenes allocated to dates and meals involving the two protagonists. On the whole it is an average drama. I wouldn't watched it again. But the finale could still change everything for me !

Ha, ha, ha ! I thought I was the only one who thinks that this drama tends to be boring and the only reason who still keeps me watching it is 'the handsome killer''.
"Gu Family Book" is the best drama ever ! It is my favorite all-time korean drama and Lee Seung Gi has become my favorite actor after watching him acting in this masterpiece. I want so much a sequel before Lee Seung Gi joins the army this year ! Please, I hope somebody hears us !
I've just finished 'Healer' and I must say it has never had a dull moment. As a whole is a good drama with a big…
Oh, so we both are of one mind about it. I gave 9 out of 10 too. For me this very fact ruined the whole show (beyond the chemistry between the two main young protagonists) because I waited for the final episode expecting to see that but I felt that episode 20 was a bit rushed and it left me with a sour taste. Thank you for your kind reply.
I've just finished 'Healer' and I must say it has never had a dull moment. As a whole is a good drama with a big plus for me and I'm sure for many others too: the acquaintance with Ji Chang Wook. He has entered my list of favorite Korean male actors. Anyway, I was a bit disappointed by the fact that they ruined completely the reunion between mother and daughter. I would have liked to witness at the moment of revealing the truth of Chae Yeong Shin being her lost and found daughter to Myung Hee. They insisted all along on this aspect and then they eluded it completely. A negative point in my opinion. Does anybody feel the same way about it ?
I had to wait the English subs so I've watched the first two episodes in one go. My barometer for liking a drama or not is how many times I watch the clock...I didn't even realized when the time passed...It just flew by. First of all, I like the subject of the drama (though I am from Romania, so-called land of vampires, and really don't like that approach, moreover vampire stuff are not my thing), the alert pacing of the story, I hope they keep it that way, I like the acting of Ahn Jae Hyeon but not so much of Koo Hye Sun (I've seen her in 'Boys Over Flowers' and 'Angel Eyes' and she didn't impress me but now it is too premature to give a final verdict, I expect to see how her character evolves)...In my opinion, this drama has a promising start. Let's see what surprises has in store for us!
So my advice is to give it a try to see if it is on your taste and make your own opinion.
