The discussion here is: is Qin an asshole and why would he deserve Duan?

To the people hating on Duang/finding Duang a bit too much: it's a romantic COMEDY. It's supposed to be a "bit" overboard. You either like it or hate it, but in the latter case I suggest you just stop watching it .
