I’ll admit, the main reason I started watching Big Biz Duel was Moses Chan—but I ended up genuinely enjoying the story. The plot offers an intriguing blend of the real-world business and investment landscape with the idealism of an entrepreneur driven by purpose, not just profit. It’s refreshing to see a narrative that portrays the business world as more than just cold numbers—highlighting good faith, integrity, and a genuine intention to contribute to China’s development, rather than chasing short-term gains.

This drama feels like a breath of fresh air for anyone used to seeing ruthless office politics and shrewd business undercutting dominate the business & investment world. It offers hope that good people—those who operate with integrity and vision—can still find success, not just the ones who prioritize profits at all costs.

One of the highlights for me was the special dynamic between Chiu Hoi (Moses Chan) and Sung Kiu (Kelly Cheung). Their relationship added emotional depth to the story, though I couldn’t help but wish Chiu Hoi had developed deeper feelings for all her sacrifices for him—that would’ve added a richer romantic layer.

I’m genuinely surprised by the low ratings this drama has received. Personally, I found it inspiring and engaging. If you enjoy business dramas with heart and a sense of hope, Big Biz Duel is definitely worth watching.
