I am watching episode 17 and I had to stop and comment on Fang Lei. Can her parents send her away. 😩 Ugh!! She is getting on my last nerve 😡. Such a toxic, entitled, brat! From teasers I have seen, we have to endure her for quite awhile. Ugh!! Back to the episode.

Yes that was funny! I am holding out hope that he will redeem himself. In the first episodes I bought into how sweet and thoughtful he was as a husband, so I hope he can be that for real. ❤️

I think she may have to fall in love with him again. After finding out how he orchestrated their meeting and her falling in love with him, she may not trust those feelings to be real. So I think she will have to fall again. Just my thought.

Yes there are more ways to cheat than just the physical. He went to talk to another woman (actually she is an immature brat 😂) who he knows is obsessed with him multiple times - his wedding night, her birthday, and in the middle of the night when she called him claiming she was going to hurt herself. And he lied about all of them and even told her she was not allowed to ask him about where he was going. The way he treated her when she told him she was sorry and wanted to make their marriage work was so harsh and cold. I would have a hard time getting past that. He said he could never fall in love with her. He has a lot of groveling to do before even the slightest thought of them reconciling.

😂 I was glad she is spending his money at that auction. It was like , you won’t let me divorce you then I will bleed you dry. You will pay, literally. 😂🤣😂

After watching episode 14, I don’t know how they are going to redeem him. I am so looking forward to the divorce and I wish she would never look back.

I am watching episode 14 and had to comment. 😳 He thought he took care of Fang Lei but he did not . She blew up his entire world. As he is taking off his apron I said to myself, he is taking off his mask now. Here comes his true self. Oh my, here we go.

Is this a crazy theory - did Fang Lei kill her sister because she was obsessed with Haoming ? She is so delusional and manipulative that I would not put it past her. I hope she gets dealt with soon.

I don’t think they are going that way. I have seen some teasers and looks like she is having to start her career over from the bottom and will work her way up again. They don’t show a child. I guess we will see.

That is such a good thought. I did not think of that . He is giving her gifts to prove to himself that she doesn’t truly love him but is using him. He is keeping their relationship surface level. After the divorce he is going to realize he truly loves her and misses her.

I just caught up and WOW!! This Fang Lei is so manipulative. I don’t see how people compare Qiao Yan’s lies to his. He has been manipulating her from the very beginning. But the worst for me right now at least is what he did on her birthday. Yes he did not cheat on her, but going to that girls apartment and letting her manipulate him and then acting like nothing happened when he sees his wife. It just feels like cheating, because that girl is obsessed with him. I know things are about to get worse, but can this Fang Lei get dealt with. She is delusional. I love that the relationship between the sisters is getting better. Qiao Lin’s ex is delusional too . 🤦🏻‍♀️ Ugh!! The frustration is real with this one. Looking forward to the next episodes . Let’s get this divorce soon.

Exactly. And from what I have read his parents knew from the beginning as well , so they have all been manipulating her. The MIL wanted someone to take care of his son and other household responsibilities. They knew because of her background they could use her unlike a socialite with a wealthy family. In my opinion their lies are not on the same level. His mask is coming off and to me he is scarier.

I have not watched today’s episodes yet, but I was thinking about the upcoming divorce and had some thoughts. I assume he will expose her lies to his parents to justify the divorce, but his parents have grown to like her and have seen the good she has done for their family. So my thought is will they see past those lies and want him to fix things with her. That’s probably too much to ask for. That would be so satisfying if she had actually won over his parents and they want her to stay because she is good for him and their family. She has helped so much with his son. I guess I will wait and see.

I think the divorce will be around episode 16, but then again from the trailer it looks like they go through a time of distancing from each other before they actually divorce. Divorce is mentioned in episode 14 , but from the teaser it looks like he won’t agree to it yet. In the trailer it shows them go to an event and she is holding his arm and he pulls away. Also shows them sleeping in their bed with their backs to each other. So the divorce may not happen until episode 17. Just depends how long they drag out the situation.

Wow! I hope they don’t have him cheat on her. For me that is crossing a line that is pretty hard to come back from. Actually cheating in my opinion is blowing up the connection between a couple. Putting those pieces back together takes a miracle.
