I am trying to decide if I should watch this one. Not because I don’t think it will be good, I am pretty sure it will. I love the lead actors as well. My problem is seeing in the comments how the male lead feels about the female lead. Also will this have a happy ending? I can’t handle tragedies. What to do , what to do? Ok, I am diving in ! Watching episode 1. 🫣

I just finished this one and I enjoyed it. The male lead and female lead have amazing chemistry. It was a fun watch. 🥰 I am enjoying watching him in Doctor Slump now.

I am ready for her to forgive him. 😩

I just finished episode 12 and like most the comments here I wish the second male lead and the female lead would get a happy ending after having such a tragic past. 😭 It is so sad. I like the actor that plays the male lead, but the writers have given the 2nd lead a better story and more chemistry with the female lead. 😭 I will finish this, but I hope to see the actor who plays the 2nd lead get a lead role in a romance where he gets the girl sometime soon. ❤️

Well you misunderstood me. Her boyfriend had broke up with her and I believe it had been a year, so I thought she was trying to move on. So one kiss with a guy who has been by your side and taken care of you since your ex boyfriend had left would not be bad. Besides a lot of friendships can turn into great relationships. Many people marry their best friend. 😊

Yes it is. The way he looks at her . 🥰 And he actually fell on her at the end of episode 4. 😂🤣

Yes I know that . I just hope he falls first. I don’t want him to feel he has won and get the opportunity to dump her. She is such a strong character I want her to have the upper hand. He is definitely falling for her whether he admits it or not. 😊❤️

There is one major flaw in his plan to seduce her. He told her he was going to seduce her then dump her. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Why would she fall for him if she knows there is no future with him. I kept yelling at my screen “don’t fall first, let him continue to fall for you , stay strong” .

I wanted her to be upset about him sending her on a blind date. They had agreed that he could try to sway her but she was resolved it wouldn’t work. But sending her on a blind date and the guy turned out to be a scumbag is the worst. She should have been mad at him for that. When she said she thought they were friends , I thought ok she is upset and will let him have it. 🤦🏻‍♀️

I am looking forward to watching this one. I am so glad that Ha Joon is the male lead and gets the girl this time. He had such a sad ending in WOE.

What worries me is it sounds like HaNeul is narrating from the future talking about the past. But I am pretty sure this will have a happy ending. Maybe she is telling their story to someone. Hoping for the best. ❤️

I may be part of the minority, but I don’t see Tae Oh with HeeJin . I agree with you that there are enough reasons for them to not be together. Her attitude towards him sounds like obsession. And becoming part of that family by marrying her would be a terrible decision. It will be interesting to find out if there is a reason why he wants revenge on this family. I don’t think he just wants power and money. But I guess we will see. I thought it would have been interesting if all three of them would work together to achieve their goals. ❤️

I haven’t watched episode 3 yet. But my theory as to why he refuses to a relationship with Hee Joo is because he is her half brother. Maybe Tae Oh is an heir. We don’t know who his real father is, right? I might be way off , just a thought. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I am on episode 4 and I am screaming for her to just be herself and stop listening to him. She said this would be the last time she tries being naive, so hopefully it is. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Please be yourself 😩

You’re right he did not forcefully kiss her. She could have pushed him off, but she just stood there. In her defense he kissed her before the other guy showed up. He walked in the room and In Ha was already kissing her. I am also not sure if you would call In Ha the second male lead. I think they are both male leads.
All three of them have had a rough life in their own
way. For now I am interested to see where the next episode takes off from after 5 years.

She didn’t kiss him, he kissed her. She wants out of her miserable life and thinks he can do that for her. At the end of episode 2 she has a change of heart and goes back to TaeOh, but Tae Oh doesn’t answer the door and chooses the game he started with InHa . So she deserves a little understanding, her mother is pretty bad. She just wants a better life.

You are right. I just finished the second episode. I don’t see Nahyewon as a bad character. She has had a rough life and she is trying to find a way out just like Tae Oh but she is only upfront with him not In Ha . She did have a change of heart and went back to Tae Oh, but he changed his mind. I find this series interesting.

I just finished episode 2 and it’s not too bad. I will give it more episodes. The female lead will have to grow on me, but someone commented this is her first lead role so I will give her more time. Han Tae oh and Na Hye Won both had rough childhoods. She wants to change her life, so she thinks being with Kang In Ha can do that for her. I believe she likes HanTae oh more, because she did change her mind about going to Kang In ha’s house and went back to Han Tae oh’s apartment (banging on his door) . But her words to him that he would regret choosing her rang in his head and he chose Kang In ha and the game they started. Now with the five year time jump , she is probably with Kang In ha and Han Tae oh can’t be upset about that because he had his chance with her but he chose the game. So I don’t see this as a love triangle. Now she could still have feelings for HanTae oh and he could still have feelings for her but choices were made 5 years ago. It will be interesting to see how things are between all three of them now with this time jump. Five years is a long time to date someone, so marriage could be coming up for Kang In ha and Na hye won. Has Han Tae oh let his feelings for her go. I am hanging in to find out. 😊

I agree with you about love triangles. One that was so hard to watch was in True Beauty. But I am not sure he is his real friend, I think he may be using him to achieve his goal. I have just finished the first episode so I don’t know much yet. But it feels like things are not what they seem. It looks like the female character thinks Han Tae Oh is using Kang In Ha and she wants to do the same.
