I just finished episode 4. I am still loving this series. Every time he was in his room on the floor, I kept hoping he would find the pen. It’s not recording anything since there was no green light. Which makes sense because it would not be able to record long since it is small. So now I am thinking that it might have recorded something on it that could help JW clear his name. Maybe the guy that broke into his room was looking for the pen. I hope it did not get damaged with that rain water. And that guy at the end coming out of the shower was his friend( not a real friend) and he had a pen like the one in JW’s room. So he is involved 😡 I hope JW finds the pen soon and gets revenge.

I just finished episode 3 and I am trying to gather my thoughts. I believe that doctor, I think he was the anesthesiologist for the male leads surgery, was hired by someone to sabotage the male lead. He was acting strange during the surgery especially when everything was going wrong and the patient was bleeding out. Then for him to refuse questioning , then volunteer to be a witness and then refuse again. And then after all that to disappear. Yea, he is not a good guy. I also believe he was the one that broke into his apartment. I kept wondering why he would break in since he didn’t take anything. Then at the end of episode 3 they showed us these pens that could be cameras or listening devices. There were two in his office and a third one under his bed in his apartment. But what would someone want to record him doing? He is innocent. I hope that evidence the female lead found will end up helping him. But who would want to frame him? It’s not his two so called friends, because they are loosing too much because of him . I will have to piece more together with more episodes.

I don’t like sad endings, but if it is satisfying that will help ease the sting of the sadness.

Sorry to jump in here, so will the female lead become a concubine? I also thought the female lead was going to marry him and then get her revenge. I would not have like that era - I am a one man/ one woman kind of relationship person. 😊

I just finished the first 5 episodes and I really enjoyed them, but I see this will be a slow burn romance. My favorite series are the 12 and 16 episodes where the romance gets going pretty quick. But the way the male lead looks at her is just Wow. 🤩 They have great chemistry, so I will hang in there with this one. 🩷 💕🩷

I just finished episode two, and I like it but I will need to watch more episodes to decide what I really think. The female lead will have to grow on me. I will hang in there and give this more time.

I just finished rewatching this wonderful series. It is full of romance, lots of wonderful kisses, and a spectacular ending. It will remain my all time favorite ❤️. I see there will be two other remakes of this Korean version. I will check them out, but I don’t think they can top this one. I hope the two leads will do another romance together again, they had amazing chemistry 🥰 .

Just my opinion but if she would have taken his testimony and then checked the scene that night thoroughly they would’ve found the knife. And the identity of the so called victim should have been checked immediately. They would have then found out he was not a victim but a murderer. It did feel like she was pre judging him. Yes he was a cocky rich guy, but he did not deserve to be arrested and have to stay overnight in jail . They made a big mistake. They needed to exonerate him and acknowledge he made a citizens arrest of a criminal. I hope I will like the female lead soon.

I agree with you. She was very cocky about arresting him, but if she would have investigated properly he would not had been arrested. They should have taken his testimony and looked for the knife. Also they should have checked the identity of the so called victim right away. Then they would have known he was not an innocent drunk man. I hope after more episodes I will like her and she will redeem herself for me.

A very healing drama with a wonderful ending. I enjoyed the journey. I hope to see JCW in another romance series. He is one of my favorite male leads. ❤️ Now on to the next one. 🥰

This is definitely not a perfect drama. I was annoyed in the beginning. What I meant was, I think it was in episode 14 when she tells him that she killed her self for him 500 years ago. That little boy told her to sacrifice herself for him. Then she reincarnated in many different forms a butterfly, grass , a flower and finally these two different girls. I believe she pursued him because she felt a connection to him from the past lives. Once he knew who she was then he was all in and very glad she did not give up on him. Anyways, like I said it’s not perfect but I am enjoying it now and looking forward to a happy ending 😊

I just finished episode 12 and it had some great moments and some sad moments. One of my favorite moments was when SamDal’s mother stood up to those two jerks. I actually cheered. It was so satisfying. As a mother myself, when she said “ She has a mother too” it gave me chills. It is so hard to watch our children go through hard times and if they are bullied by someone - watch out here comes mama bear!! I loved seeing Yongpil and Samdal happy, but I knew it wouldn’t last long. YP’s father is locked in his grief that he can’t see (he doesn’t want to see) anyone else hurting around him. He selfishly only thinks of his own grief. I know he is hurting, but it’s been 8 years. He needs to heal not only for himself but for everyone around him. It’s sad but very annoying. I hope he lets his anger go and begins to heal soon. Now to watch episode 13 😊

That is what it seems like in the beginning, but if you continue you will see there is a connection between them . It will then make sense why she is persistent about being with him. It’s actually sweet. ❤️

I agree with you. In the past while I don’t agree with how she broke up with him, I can understand her thought process for doing it. But it has been 8 years and they are both mature adults with solid careers. There is no need to reject him again. What’s amazing is he is the more mature one by realizing he still loves her and wants to forget the past (he doesn’t even know the real reason for the break up) and make it work. She could explain to him that her dream is to work at the UN and she needs his support. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ Frustrating. But I am hanging in there.

I just finished episode 9 and I am annoyed with the female lead 🤦🏻‍♀️ but I am impressed with the male lead for not giving up on her. She is being too stubborn. This is why I worried about it being 36 episodes. How long will they drag this out 🤦🏻‍♀️ I may have to go watch something sweet while I wait for this one to make some progress. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I agree with you. I tried My Boss as well but I couldn’t get into it. The female lead was cute, but I prefer a female lead that is more mature. The female lead in this one dresses like a successful woman. The only thing that worries me is this one is 36 episodes, so the writers could drag out the misunderstandings. I will hang in there for this one, but to be honest I am frustrated. I understand the ML is deeply hurt, but I feel he is taking it a little too far. I was glad she did speak up that one time when he took her to dinner and she took their picture and threw it away. But I hope she will stand up for herself more in the episodes to come. That young girl from her company really needs to mature. I was very annoyed with her at that banquet. If she can’t handle the job then she needs to find a new career. It is really sad these women are forced to drink though, even when they don’t want to. I wish the female lead would have gone to that reunion so she could have defended herself. Her friend tried to defend her, but I wish he would have said more. The male lead kinda turned things around, but they still all ganged up on her. I want her to set things straight. I thought her friend was going to tell the ML that he went too far and needs to back off the FL , but no - he asks if they could get back together 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ I know he promised her not to say anything, but he needs to say something before things get worse. They need to have a long conversation and straighten things out. But this is 36 episodes so I will probably have a long wait 😞 Oh well, now to watch Marry My Husband.
