I have read here (from a novel reader) that PDJ is seeking revenge with the baeks because of his older sister’s death so maybe in the drama, they tweaked it a little bit. If they will still follow the novel, spokeperson baek saeon is the late chairman’s illegitimate child that is why his father (presidential candidate) face changed when heejo’s step dad said BSE personality is same as the chairman.

I have read here that hyun joo (student) is also in between life and death so she may be one of those coma patients but just not yet shown in the drama yet.
