I think that a lot of this is true from what I have seen thus far in my short time watching k-dramas. Loved reading the article. I would have to say that I think the tomboy point is interesting. I think that the individuality that these characters represent actually makes them more appealing than their heavily made up `glamorous' counterparts on screen. I personally find women who are comfortable in `male' attire very attractive.
