Not sure if you want to get into Passions. It’s an American soap opera show from 1999-2007. It tells the story and romance of various families that live in a small US town with many secrets. One of the storylines is that of Tabitha, a witch, and her doll-come-to-life Timmy. All they do is hangout and talk, yet they know everything, like the Chairwoman’s husband here. lol
