Tbh, I was expecting an epic love story between the leads in their past life, and I don’t feel we got that at all based on the episodes I have watched so far (up to ep 34). What a letdown. The leads barely interacted in ep 33, and the fl spent so much time with the SML. The fl is a complete innocent and the ml treats her like a delicate being more than anything else. His love language is holding a side of her face, like she’s a pet. Can’t wait for that arc to end so we can go back to the current timeline, and see more of the demon lord.

Wanted to continue watching, but it’s asking me to purchase the express plus on WeTV haha. I guess I’ll stop watching now. not falling for that again. Enjoy the drama!

I stopped buying for advance viewing when I wasted on a few dramas that I ended up dropping or not watching religiously. What a waste of money!

What I am trying to say is that we shouldn’t be charged more for an extra episode on top of a paid membership. And the extra cost is per drama. Yes, Netflix the prices are higher, but there is also more content, and for some shows, the episodes are released at once. On YOUKU, I might be watching one or two airing shows and they expect me to pay more money to get one extra episode. The other platforms, like WeTV and Iqiyi, have started doing the same thing and the cost for the extra episode is even higher.

Well, my YOUKU subscription isn’t cheap to begin with, and imagine you start paying express for more than one dramas currently running just to get that one extra episode, at the end of the day, it’s pretty much a monthly netflix subscription, at least for me.

Imagine if Netflix started charging us extra for 1 episode on top of our membership. The backlash would resonate! Why are these cdrama Chinese streaming channels started doing this.l???!!!!

Why is viki always one episode behind?

I seriously hate the stolen identity trope. I am still asking for justice for the sml’s aunt in The Last Immortal. They did her dirty and everybody in the drama failed her. I am still so upset 😭

For the life of me, I can’t seem to care AT ALL about the second leads. I get so annoyed whenever they appear on screen, I just roll my eyes lol
