Yes, i do believe people deserve a second chance, but the wife needs to be held accountable for her actions. It would do the show a disservice and send the wrong message if the husband just takes her back and no consequences to her. If he chooses to forgive her, fine, but she needs to go to jail.

Why do I get a feeling that the brother will get back with his wife, based on what he said after reading the letter. It’s like the words and the level of betrayal did not register at all with him. How can you move on from such a betrayal? She’s a liar, a fraud, a thief, a cheater, who contributed to your (and your family) downfall. They will probably give her a redemption arc. Maybe showing her getting in some kind of predicament to make us, viewers, feel sympathetic towards her.

Why the need to insert a childhood connection? It brings nothing to the story in my opinion and it’s such a cliche.

A vast improvement from the previous episode but I was not entirely sold. I felt that they were a bit out of sync. Like the ML was really trying this time, but the FL was at times, a bit stiff. Maybe I am too critical? But overall, it’s a lot better than what expected. After watching Jerry Yan in The Forbidden Flower, I’ve become too critical lol
