I think I’ll give the blue whisper another go? how’s the chemistry between the main couple? I’ve tried watching ALP at least two times, but it hasn’t grabbed my attention.

I also respect everyone personal likes and dislikes. I voiced my dislikes about the drama, and I was genuinely asking what’s so great about it (I did not say I did not like it, I just didn’t enjoy it as much, mainly because of the fl’s character). I was not trying to stir conflict, that’s your perception of things. I was surprise to see someone call me « hateful » for voicing my opinion about a drama. Anyway, have a nice day!

Three lower realms: Immortal, Demons and Youming. The three lower realms are run separately and the divine realm rarely interferes with the lower three realms
5-Mortal Realm

Ep 10: he will start seeing her true colours, but he is still a green boy and still think she saves him. So he still feels gratitude towards her but will stop pursuing her, as he realizes that what he felt was not love but gratitude.

What’s so great about TTEOTM…the fl spent the entire show distrusting the ml, hurting the ml and betraying the ml. I know her actions are justified in the book, but they made the ml’s character too sympathetic in the series so I was having a hard time whenever she hurted or betrayed him. If anything, she had a hand in him turning into the villain. The ending was also rushed. It’s a 6/10 for me.
But I guess different strokes for different folks.
Starry Love was also a 6/10 for me. I could not warm up the main fl. Frankly I didn’t care for any of the couples. It felt more like a teen xianxia with a lot of immmature characters.

Ni Ni can act! Whenever the fl was crying, I felt so sad for her. I could feel her pain and her love for the ml and vice versa. The ml was such an imposing character. Whenever he’s on screen, you know « he is the ml ». The actor can act with his eyes. And whenever he takes out his sword, you know he ain’t playing!
