The thing is that form has a time for lights out. And they can practically stay for self study in class for whole night that is for class A. Since Jiang tian is in class A . Plus since Sheng Wang is so stubborn to ignore Jiang tian he will do anything to not interact with him ,like not eating with him and not talking to him.so the situation is quite frustration. And the hurt they are feeling is because of the feeling that made Sheng Wang to take this step . That's it .

Overall summary of episode 12:



1 . Sheng Wang realizes his feelings for Jiang tian . And it hits him hard.
2. Jiang tian already knows that Sheng Wang tried to kiss him and is scared and hopeful at the same time.
3. Sheng Wang's imagination of Jiang tian made him realize that he can't stay like this if he stays here he will never get over these feelings.
4. Sheng Wang is so much desperate that he decided to fluke the exam to change classes. He wants to keep the distance, in dormitory they only go to sleep because there is a time for lights out.
5. Jiang tian is angry at Sheng Wang's decision and he very much knows the reason. he can't bear to be angry at him for long but he is hurt too plus he decides to just go with flow for now and wait for Sheng Wang to come around.
6. Jiang tian can't bear for Sheng Wang to see him as just a brother 🤣
