Sorry, but when it comes to Namping, I don’t really see it that way. Just because his character is softer, more…
@SweetCat You don’t have to like the characters Cooheart plays, but maybe he’s just being typecast. And honestly, not all his roles have been stereotypical. The issue is that he often takes parts that infantilize him, which can be off-putting—especially since I know he’s a talented actor who could handle much more challenging roles. As for Khem, he’s nowhere near as bad as those female characters you mentioned. However, clearly, we share a difference of opinion on that. I also don’t get why you keep comparing him to women—can’t think of any male examples? He’s soft-spoken, maybe a little shy and intimidated by Paran, but that doesn’t automatically make him an insufferable doormat. The show just started, and as usual, people are rushing to judge.
@dietresky I respect your opinion, but “damsel” is a term used for women. Khem and Namping are both men. What’s so hard to understand about that? Find some different terminology and maybe cool it with the rude tone. Again with the disrespect.
The show is only just beginning. Not every character is going to be a “baddie” from the start—that’s literally the point of character development and growth. It’s expected that not everyone is going to love every aspect of the show; for many, it seems it's Khem’s current characterization, but maybe hold off on the harsh judgments and comparisons, especially to female characters, if you can.
And for you who blocked me, I made another account just so I could call you out and say how immature and crazy you are. I literally didn't say or do anything to you except call your disrespect out in a respectful manner, and your blocking me is the cowardly response I get. Feel free to block me again; it's no skin off my back. I don't care, and I will not be interacting with your immature ass again, but I just wanted to reply after you responded to me but didn't give me the grace of returning the favor.
