I agree with Charmander16. There is no doubt that this is one of the better BL dramas I have seen. The acting is phenomenal, I have always enjoyed the bizarro twists in T, K, C and J dramas which would never happen with a little bit of normal human communication. There are many examples of similar dreadful or avoidable twists in most movies, including keeping a boy in a cupboard under the stairs and not training him as a master wizard for 11 years!! Yep, JKR I'm looking at you.

Anyway, My point is that you are watching, so you are choosing to come back, this means that you are being entertained, and so it is a success. And I don't think it deserves hate, cruelty or vilification.

BL dramas are fantastic and I love the force that they have become in driving social issues and acceptance in SEA. I don't care if the acting is stilted, storylines make no sense or music jars my ears when they finally kiss. Which CP doesn't! What I want is a supportive community, where new ventures are supported and we don't send hate messages to each other. TBH we get enough of that from the outside!

I love this. From the inclusion of consent and the caring way that Lian approaches sex to the fantastic choice of music in Episode 8. After the horror of 'History - Close to you' when one character forgave and then ended up in a relationship with his sexual attacker, which I actually couldn't watch, I am delighted that Lian asked both if he was drunk and if he understood what was happening. There is a lot of smooching - but admit it, that's why we're here!
