Have you watched THE CORONER'S DIARY?
I know it's not a female doctor drama, but they were really strong female lead dramas, so if you are interested look up THE DOUBLE and THE REBEL PRINCESS as well as LOVE ME, KILL ME, but do be prepared to cry. I love the historical stuff.
