Just finished due to LONG subbing periods for Jdrama. This could have been 7 eps if he would have just awakened earlier. 2eps were solely him brooding miserably over his own stupidity. Liked the female development which was FAR more and 2ps sooner than him. Not a bad watch, just stretched too long for a fast eps9.

Great review! This was a surprise pearl of a drama 2016 Loved the succinctness of the storyline and perfect casting. Maturity balanced with very realistic situations involved in any relationship. The OST is fun!

DX - S4 is was stellar! The relationships she has fostered & educated. Love Demon. S5, we are waiting.

WSFL - truly another DINGMO diamond, again! Since both leads were in O2Joy and were magical, new the chemistry was bang-on only thing was the story line. After reading the translations, yeah they cast these two correctly. Now waiting for all the eps...

For those looking for something different, complex, mature and well paced, this Cdrama is hitting the marks so far. The void created by LMIYD and NiF is somewhat fixed. Many eps to go however the director and writer are same as LMIYD so pacing, dialog, and voluminous silence & stares should be worth my weekly wait. Thanks for all subbers - Getting DingMo book in english is quite challenging so drama is my only solution. Check out: tiffybook.com for book translation(unofficial) and fills in a lot of blanks.

GHJ & JIS were fire chemistry, and played into the script of IOTL. GHJ is a very special woman to have embraced such handsome men in her career. Wonder which one she would say the "natural chemistry" was electric? So far NO kiss scene in any drama has outdone that IOTL waterfall kiss-if you did not feel that one, something is wrong. Mature love has a serious smouldering effect if done with someones with experience.

Most memorable, and worthy for the records was the water kiss scene in IOTL. That kiss was felt by anyone who had eyes and affirmed adult passion is just as (if not more) magical as shiny passion of youth.

Have seen J versions - and this is a bit different in story-line, thus making it a KDrama. Adult dating relationships ARE very different than the shiny, sparkly youthful version. It's shiny, sparkly with a splash of wisdom version (if we are lucky enough). Both versions do justice to the quandary of adult dating & relationships.

She is woman who owns herself and the screen. If we all so lucky to reach this age with grace, style and confidence. Watching this to support strong women on film.

Really have gotten attached to this drama, characters and storyline. Big hole after next week. Wonderful ride!

IMHO - the current drama of Five Children gives a decent dramatized view of dating - love for folks 30+ with kids. The dramatized version of love feels warm - the reality of real love for 35+ takes on a soulmate - Someone who can weather the storms with you & play on sunny days.

JinJoo is now living in the real world & that goddess Karma is revisiting her twice-fold. Wanna be a big girl, Play like a big girl, be prepared to Fall like a big girl. She has been my most unlikable character throughout this drama.

Ep 47 when JinJoo parents call in the maid = BRAIN to explain the document new mom drafted. That scene is so funny! Looking at the ex-SIL face during that chat, light bulbs went off, he just realized they were so grossly under-educated. This drama has restored my faith in LONG drama schedules. Well done drama for those looking for something that's not HS based.
