Acting: This was rated as such all do to the male lead, son and her BFF- Fei. Female lead was a sad sack of a woman, we can only hope she does not possess any of these characteristics in real world.
Music: nothing memorable and a bit of irritating.
RW value: Only to see a couple scenes of the male lead. He was stunningly handsome and suave.
Final Note: Cdrama has a tendency to follow a formulaic pattern with a bit of cheesy. Several eps fast forward since the silly girl just irritated or felt repetitious. Was looking a drama with folks who are NOT wearing HS uniforms or body swapped with adult situations. This was OK and just needed to finish -

Dr child?
Story: most ludicrous gender swap. This female child was no way mistaken for anything but a silly- never really Saw her doctor... Enough said! Just bad & ludicrous.Too many eps for a lackluster storyline. Tops 16eps. 12eps for an improved story.
Acting: FL was either perfect for role OR she needs a lighter role. Nothing serious. ML carried the drama. Rest of crew was emmmp.
Music: was pretty at times.
RE: no way.
Overall: Cv19 bound got me here. Skipped half due to ludicrous & mundanity of FL & story. Oh well, believing I’m lucky not to have encountered this child, male/female weak if I was sick,

Story: Center piece is a woman 40+ who is dumped by ex's at least 4x's, 20 somethings, 30 somethings and 60+. Yes, the full spectrum of humans going through life and all the angst of finding love. The story starts off like a silly antic Cinderella C- iteration, then about eps 12 you realize all the eps before are backstories and the story-line begins to flush out in a classic Cdrama way. Then eps19-20 happens and cinderella/glitter gets explained - and the story moves ahead.
Actors/Cast: Love the centerpiece actors - mature yet NOT. All cast were good, no-one stood out.
Music: typical Cdrama sounds some not necessary, silly and more important so cliche.
RW: eps 20 especially Richmond's talk during the movie screening.
Overall: If you are looking for a drama, done well and with REALITY worked into the Cinderella story-line you might enjoy this one. Could have been 15eps for my taste however I loved the ending. It offered the twists - that life does not offer glitter endings. In life, we are gifted glitter moments to be cherished cause glitter 24/7 life is pure fairytale!

What made me watch - the main two leads, who are stunning actors in their own right and did a fantastic job on the story they were given. Where we get lost is somewhere in eps 10,or 11, or 12 the story-line couldn't decide what to do with this outstanding female detective "lady". The drama is set up like individual scenarios of heinous to bad stories that never got linked until eps ???
As for endings, this will rank as one of the most ill-prepared ending and should be entered as an example of "how to murder a drama".
S2? cannot see these actors coming back to this mess.
What lacked? Character backstory, development, and excessive time spent on silly antics of non essential characters& stories, bad writing, cliches and poor direction giving an overall sense of LOST.
ReW?: Why? poor direction, writing is not going to improve with time.
Overall: watch at own risk, watch for the main leads ONLY, have LOW expectations for any resolution that makes sense. Hope there is no S2 with this caliber of actors who were wasted.
Major drama-lords FAIL - maybe that's what they wanted - a poorly rated show to prove intelligent mature females dramas do not sell or work in drama world. Sorry fellas, we know better. It sells if done well!

Story: 2 complimenting story-lines 1) kind-heart girl married into a hellish family for love. She starts living a nightmarish - suffocating existence since she married "up." 2) ajumma band with 4 women who simply need their rock music to gain fresh air into their lives.
Acting: lead actress is always seems to play roles exaggerating her acting, so she was OK. The sidekicks felt more honest in their portrayal. As for the leading men - neither were appealing nor striking actors.
Music: major theme of drama - mild rock. Nothing wormy nor memorable.
Overall: Always searching dramas with more mature actors (who can act), solid writing - production story-lines with meaning.. Since this dealt with Ajummas, I kept watching. Was I disappointed? NO, Did I get something out of this? Yes - A pleasant and tolerable drama if you're looking for something that's a welcome departure from HS or childish antics.

Story: not a new line. Older 35+ woman conned/betrayed by lover, lover had teenage son he dumped upon woman, homeless, penniless and smart woman pulling herself back together. Many side characters who are damaged accompany her along her journey of forgiveness. Really loved the full spectrum of characters age, appearance, and status portraying parallel problems to the lead actress!
Acting: Female lead was great, however my favorite was grandpa. Grandpa kept it real for the entire series. Other characters filled the second lead well however you never lost focus on the lead actress.
Music: well matched to the mood, pace and story-line. Nothing memorable - not a bad thing, Left me thinking about story not the music.
Re-watch: maybe since its a short series. Not a series that needs re-watch - this little gem needs to be watched.
Summary: Many of the scenes were so realistic of being dumped, used, betrayed, and numbness which made this drama memorable. This moves at a slower pace than many dramas since its packed with many meanings behind each word. Still trying to grasp why she took him back? This man was a bad man, maybe he was redeemed - trust broken is hard to re-establish. Could see forgiveness to personally move on BUT not to reconnect - Enjoy!

This drama was headed for 10pts, then the dreaded 12eps just pooched the whole thing.
Story: not new: goddess/sorceress entangles hearts with the handsome prince. Complete with sibling rivalry, political mess, whacked daddy emperor, maternal power plays and always helpful eunuchs or little brothers to keep the crap going.
Acting: Nothing stood out as bad and all filled their roles. The triangle of love always involve the pretty ones.
Music: did not get in the way - fit the mood and actions
RW: not soon... and maybe
Overall: costumes, locations, and actions are memorable and grab you immediately. CGI was breathtaking. The drama is from a popular book and thus being a book person, the book is always better (until translated for me) however the on-screen story seem to lag/weigh down with the AChai tribe princess obsession (way over-done), Ling mother demon crap, Ming dead-alive act, crazy emperor act. The audience got the pic of these "lost" folks yet we had to endure painstaking eps that could have been eliminated to provide a better ending. The final eps felt rushed, incomplete and bam done! When so much time was spent on characters who added no growth or value. This drama would have been great at 42-45 eps max. Glad I watched, just not happy with direction and length - drama overlords really pooched this drama!
