to be honest, the k drama is not that bad, it seems like a k drama you would rewatch skipping to only the good parts once in a while...if only the fl was more wiser on the choices she had made, and didn't seem like a weirdo infront of the 19 yr old ml (which gave me major second hand embarrassment 😭)

i guess you could claim it over hyped? but all in all it is a nice k drama to watch

im currently on ep 22 midway and the female lawyer sheng lan is so frustrating. when the fl asks sheng lan what right she has to talk about hers and the ml relationship, she then goes on saying since she has seen the struggles the ml has gone through, the fl being burden (which she had no right to say that since she isnt the one in the relationship), which yes fine I do give it to her able to somewhat give a comment on SOME of the stuff she stated...but she shouldve instead told that to the ml. she has no direct/clear reason to fly all that way from san Francisco to China to tell indirectly to the fl to distance/end things off with the ml...like??... clearly her comments are fuelled with jealousy more than concern... 😒
