it's so funny! I really recommend it for a light fun watch

So in short Kiyoi is a total tsundere and Hira a total introvert - sounds like a disaster, but it turned out pretty well.
I totally get Hira: if someone I was attracted to in highschool bossed me around, I'd gladly allow it. I was also that type of person to share my homework with others and stayed silent all the time. I'd admire that person from a distance, knowing they would never feel the same.
So that was highly relatable!

I loved the first half, their chemistry and kisses were really good. I skipped through the last 3 episodes, which were unnecessary, villainizing the king and Chu Zhao, but they had a happy ending and finally married, I guess.
The main actors carried the show, I'm certainly going to watch them in other shows as well.

they were so cute at the beginning and then BAM! - I was hit with such tension and longing stares, it took my breath away, I love them so much!

They break up and see each other year later by chance. He introduces himself like she did the first time they met and it ends, so it's an open ending. They could be together again or just meet as friends.

Really loved it! The slow pacing, the chemistry between them and the plot were just my cup of tea!
Although the ending broke my heart a little. I know that's how it ended in the Japanese original show, but I still hoped the end would be different. But it was a really well-made drama! I enjoyed their journey and felt for their struggles and the open/bittersweet ending can't change that. I'll just live in denial and ignore the last episodes haha

Messy but enjoyable, especially Sand and Ray, their chemistry was off the charts!
