Title Shangri-La
I enjoyed most of the series. The landscape and the culture were amazing. The part I felt insulted by, was the depiction and representation of Americans in the show. They were represented as idiots and buffoons. The Flying Tigers were brave Americans who risked their lives to volunteer to go to China and help eliminate the threat against the citizens. Many were buried there. Yet this movie would have you believe they were fools. I wonder if this was done deliberately or if the producers just know nothing about Americans. I find the latter hard to believe, so therefore, I must conclude it was done intentionally with bias and prejudice. I realize that Asia as followed isolationist policies for centuries, but we're in the 21st century folks, it's time to open your eyes and respect all nations.
