I wish people wouldn't be so scared of using their brains. But I understand, it's a muscle at the end of the day…
I also understand why some viewers feel disappointed. They expected more from Tae-poong because they believe in him.
It’s okay to feel differently. Everyone reads a scene differently, depending on what they value or relate to. Let’s wait for tomorrow’s episode and see what happens. 😊

People getting mad after one episode really shows how fast viewing habits have changed.
The show’s tackling workplace sexism . That’s not something you solve overnight.
Every character needs time to grow.
Mi-seon will face ten more Ma-jins in her career because in that industry, in that era, sexism wasn’t one person’s attitude; it was the system itself. The writer could’ve easily made Tae-poong a hero. One bold line, and everyone would’ve cheered. But she didn’t, and that’s what makes it interesting. Let’s see where this goes.

It is between 7% and 9% .viewership rating which is a medium high for these days.
I agree with you. As someone who loved Just Between Lovers, I feel the same way with Typhoon family. High Ratings are nice, but even if they’re not, this is still such a wonderful, well-crafted drama.

I agree that the viewership is rising, which is great to see. Still, I wish it could reach even higher. Hopefully it’ll hit 10 next week!

I think Typhoon Family actually portrays the gradual growth of a business. If you look at successful entrepreneurs today, many of them talk about failing and starting over again and again, selling countless different things until they finally discover the product that truly represents them. Typhoon’s journey is very much like that.
If you look at the real-time ratings, they’re not particularly high yet, But the show has stayed at the top of Netflix Korea for weeks. I think that’s because it’s the kind of drama that takes time. You need to sit with it, think about it, and let it grow on you.

After watching the first two episodes, I completely understand why the title changed from Company to Family. It’s not just about work. It’s about people who hold each other up when everything else falls apart.

The music score OST and cinematography are beautiful, and the actor’s eyes say so much. Didn’t expect to love this Junho Minha combination so much. Also can’t wait to see the dynamic between Typhoon and his father.

This is like Lee Junhoo who was said to have received 100 scripts after the success of his drama Saequek with…
Junho didn’t just randomly pick KTL. After Red Sleeve gave him critical acclaim, he needed a project with mass appeal to grow his international fanbase and KTL did exactly that. Now he’s moving into slice-of-life with Typhoon Family and action with Cashero. Each choice serves a different purpose, showing he’s carefully building his career step by step.

I want to add funny scene when police officer sang eyes nose lips with Guwon. It' so funny.
I don't like killer plot or black comedy or sick-trope in romcom nowadays. I want silly romcom with romance and comedy. Kingtheland, I loved it. My silly romcom.
