Actually, Kiryu, Nishiki, and Majima is about 182-185cm. Shimano about 200cm. And the actor who play Kiryu, Ryoma is 185cm. Kento Kaku 179cm and Aoki who play Goro Majima is 182cm. So the height is right IMHO
It just the game (Im playing it all :D) who gave a little bit false sense of height. Kiryu, Nishiki and Majima is considered taller than average japanese people at that time (1988 in Yakuza 0 to 2005 in Yakuza 1), hence, almost all the guys that Kiryu beat up in the game, smaller than him, except Shimano and Mr Shakedown of course.
