Really disappointed.... Shouldn't have expected a lot??
It's good but doesn't have the spark Especially the 2nd half. A show with genre like this should have at least some adrenaline rush or some wow factor.
A doctor joining rescue team makes more sense than creating a team of doctors.
What does other doctor's in MMT do except for the one on mountain lodge duty when there are no emergency patients? I wish to see more of them and there interactions with other departments or in hospital clashes with other departments which is more normal rather than a Crazy Mom or Governor's secretary trying to disband MMT.
For me what made no sense is Director creating a Team without any proper instructions or guidelines with unenthusiastic doctors (Initially they are not except nurse and ml).
Seriously the team of this scale should be careful planned, trained and well coordinated with rescue teams and other departments. NOT a makeshift team who mostly does was visiting mountain lodge on weekends.
And there is this old guy coming and saying "I hate mountains" or "I will get my revenge on mountains" entire show but has all the knowledge and experience about mountain rescue and related diseases comes at the very end or in between scolding and insulting MMT team about how they don't know or have any knowledge about mountains instead of educating or guiding them as a doctor.
ML has PTSD instead of lecturing or encouraging him about MMT he needs to see a Psychiatrist. He is not seeing his surroundings and has no one to learn from and just fixated on saving with his half baked knowledge. He is going to collapse.
I am complaining just because I expected a lot from this and ended with disappointment.
