aww, you're welcome :D I'm glad you enjoyed it. I definitely will make sure to check it out one day when I feel…
Yeah, I saw the SK remake of Mother on your list so I wanted to make sure someone was recommending the original to you also since it's amazing. I can't speak to the K-drama since I haven't watched any K-dramas. Glad you loved N no Tame Ni. I don't know if you know this but it's an adaptation of a novel by Minato Kanae, so you might also like Reverse and Ferris Wheel at Night which are also adaptations of her books. I don't think either reaches the heights of NnTN but they're still good. The Snow White Murder Case movie is based on a book of hers also and was very good with a notable performance by Inoue Mao.
I totally understand about the trigger. It's definitely upsetting in that regard, and more so than N no Tame Ni which focuses more on mental illness than physical illness.

It's definitely upsetting to watch, but it's also really eye-opening. I see you've made it through the remarkable N no Tame Ni - I think parts of that drama were at least as upsetting as anything in Boku. If you're up for one more upsetting and uplifting rec, Mother (Japanese drama) is remarkable and one of my all-time faves.
Thanks for an awesome read catstreet. You should definitely check out Boku no Ita Jikan at some point if you decide you feel to it emotionally! It's heavy but a really touching and informative story. With amazing performances.
Just looked at your PTW list - two random recommendations for you are Love Shuffle and Jin. Two very unique stories and two of my faves.
