It's fine, I posted it for everyone who want to know before they watch it. No I didn't watch anything for this series at all; after what I have seen in the Anime version I will never come close to anything related to it; for me it was very disturbing, and it only serve as an insult to women, I even hated the original writer.. Yikes.

I think till the last episode of the first season of the anime (26 Episode) she was unaware that she was raped by that man, I think he tried to rape her again in another place where she was doing Cultivation in a place full of roses and again was made defenseless by some kind of magic that she was well aware of it's danger; but I think here ML Saved her. This character here is Zhen Zhibing or Yin Zhiping.

In The Anime FL (Xiao Long Nu) was living safe in a cave no one can enter easily, but the ML (Yang Guo) did and wanted her to be his Master, and then he wanted her to leave the cave with him, she rejected at first but then accepted because she fell in love with him, so during their journey outside they met another Martial Art Master who wanted to teach the ML and if I remember correctly I think he ask the ML to leave the FL behind as if she is a hindrance to him or to them; but the ML refused; later that old bastard of a master knocked out the FL in the forest and left her behind; the FL who "Ironically" was portrayed to be a very strong Martials Art Master!! after that he took the ML who's unaware of anything to teach him some damned Martials Art moves; and FL was left defenseless unable to move in the forest; later the other man who loved her saw her ready for him right there; and she was a Virgin too, so yeah he covered her face or eyes with a shawl and raped her and guess what she thought it was the ML so it was okay for him to do that to her. Ugh!! anyway later when she wakes up she wanted the ML to take responsibility for his action OMG!!!!

I don't know about this Chinese Drama version but I watched the first season of the Anime version; and Yes she was raped in very disgusting way that put me off the entire series and anything related to it regardless of what's the version, what happen in the anime could happen in this drama version too or at least one of it's many versions because it happened in the original story; unless I'm mistaken.

I didn't like Dilraba's acting at all, I am not saying her acting is bad, but very bland; she plays the same Character and give the same face expressions in every single drama I watched her in. her acting lacks emotions. I watched Three dramas for her and absolutely can't feel connection, or relate to any of the Character she played. I dropped The Flame's Daughter because I was unable to handle the boring way she did her Character; then watched a little from The Long Ballad and I can see that she is the FL along with an actor called Leo Wu who is equally bland as her and appear as if he's going to burst out laughing in every scene OMG double trouble, I am out.

I thought about watching the king's woman, but changed my mind because I had a gut feeling telling me she will not be able to play such a heavy role well at all; so better to avoid that drama at all cost.

I am sorry to her fans, I know she has lots of fans; and she is pretty, but then what?!! as an actress she's very bland. Glory Be to Allah, who takes and gives so that equity happens between all people of the world. I will try to avoid any drama she's in as a FL from now on, my face became convulsed so much from watching her act, because I was making face expressions in her stead.

I Just saw a comment of someone complaining about a Kiss that the Male lead and female lead shared; not liking that because "He has a better chemistry with his grandpa" SO WHAT?!! should he be sharing an intimate kiss with his grandpa instead?!!! How can these 2 relationships be compared?! please tell me How, because I can't sleep the night. you don't find this strange. cleanse your dirty minds. Stop saying Male and Female romance is a forced Romance, but Supporting the Bro"romance", because that is called double standard, stop saying the male and Female has no chemistry, because chemistry between actors is subjective. Stop saying the drama should be all male cast and no female, because it's Sexist.

I also did not care for the romance in this drama, but that doesn't mean I will be hating on actresses who's doing their job, maybe they love acting regardless of the how boring their roles is? or maybe to put food on the table?! it's their life not yours so you can decide if they should be in the show or not.

Finished it, and now I know why I dropped it before; this is the type of Kdrama that all evil people are smart and very overwhelming through the entire show while the good ones are stupid who become slightly smarter in the very end, overall, very frustrating drama, it would have been better if they maintain a push and pull between the good and evil but in this one, it was one
sided toward evil most of the time. I gave it 6.5

It's not a fantasy Drama as the genres/Tags indicates, but probably it was labeled as such because of the ML (King Lee Gyung) prophetic dreams, which I didn't really like because it's a plot that puts the FL in a damsel in distress situations. I loved it, gave it a 9 and favorite.

FL did lose her memory and power when she saved the ML's life by reversing time to prevent his death, but I liked the fact that she still falls in love with him again after he finally found her, as for losing her power they both wanted that power to disappear anyway, and she finally got rid of it and can live a normal life like she always wanted. Many viewers complained about the ending; probably because she forgot what they had been through, but honestly it wasn't just about them, because most of the prominent characters has their fair share of the struggle too, at least she still has the man she loves, her brother and friends with her, so it doesn't matter if she forgot it or not despite the happy time she spent with the ML it wasn't all that amazing experience for both of them anyway, so better to forget about it, but Yes the last scene does heavily hints that she regained her memory.

The got married and had a kid, I loved the ending it was happy and romantic for the main couple. if you skipped many episodes, you would feel the ending is unsatisfying; Lol Obviously, because you skipped the important parts of the drama.

I rated it 8.5

Just want to say that the face or skin filter in this drama is awful awful and awful, everyone's face is so blurry, especially the FL, it's too much, and let's not talk about the acting since half of the Facial expression of the actors is gone with that filter anyway, it doesn't look natural at all.

This one has "How We Got Here Tropes" If you don't like that you should skip the first 10 to 11 minutes of episode One; there is other Kdramas has it too and I hate it, it's like a spoiler that you don’t want to see or hear about; what’s the point of showing us what will happen in many episodes later in the very first episode; it's annoying, and makes you lose interest I wish there is something to warn about these stuff on this site, the recent Kdramas that I remember has it was I Have A lover (2015) and Rebel: Thief Who Stole the People (2017).

Go Sung Hee played the role of a girls who betrays the man she love and stays with the evil ones(For some reason) in 3 dramas SPY (2015), My beautiful Bride (2015) and in this one, if she continue like this she will be one of those actors who always play the same role, and that’s not good for her.

ML is not that bad as some say; thank god, because I would have dropped it, Yes he guilt trip the FL, but I did not see any disrespect or the ugly type of manipulation directed toward her; at least not intentionally, and he never hit her or slapped her, I don’t usually like and accept stories where the ML is bad toward FL because he suffered a lot, But I will give him and the FL a pass in this drama, and for the FL for being always forgiving toward the ML considering they are childhood friends, and you don't usually gave up and abandoned your childhood friends that you love and have strong bound with easily when they are going through a hard time unless you’re selfish, it’s also somewhat.. unrealistic. it was very clear that ML loved the FL and worry about her a lot even when he hurt her feeling he knows he did wrong immediately. I liked the acting it was convincing and natural, and that my own opinion. I gave it 7

If you want to know what an abusive ML really means watch an Indian serial that where you can find a disgusting emotional and physical abuse from the ML toward the FL "almost" all the time, the ML lead here is very very innocent compared to Male leads in Indian serials and most Lakorn.

No reason at all, I guess i can pass it for unconditional Love, but even that need a connection between the 2 main leads of some sort, and Yet this has non, they saw each other and already liked eachother from episode one...What?! at least keep it as a crush till they get to know each other and struggle together for a while not an immediate "I like you" and "I love you". his child liked her immediately too, he said; because she's kind, and yet he just met her Lol
I give it 5.5 average nothing unique, but I do think the main couple are cute even if their love is not convincing in my opinion.

I'm watching it, but I can't stand this one song that keep repeating over and over and over again, No Please Stop, I am going Crazy, I hate it with a passion...I don't listing to music anyway which make it worst, OMG I have a headache..really why can't they just add the music of the theme song without the DAMNED SINGING.

It wasn't happy ending in the way most viewers would like it to be, but at least the world is safe from that serial killer, he died/disappeared forever.


Almost all characters died, Jo Seung Kyung are the only character who lived from all the other prominent characters.

I liked the romance between Kang Pil Sung and Hong Seo Jung till the end, it was very realistic, even though he(ML) killed her, they portrayed their love so well, I accepted it, because it was their last hope, and she wanted it and begged for it, it was both bittersweet and sad with all of the crying and desperation.

Many people complained about the weakness of the characters, specially the male and female lead, but I thought it was realistic, they are not his level at all, so Everytime they “literally” run from him instead of facing him,I laugh, because it was realistic how to face someone like that anyway.


Hwang Dae Doo was overpowered, he is very evil, merciless and difficult antagonist to beat, he alone is a possible Apocalypse, so I kept asking my self if I faced such a person in real life what to do?! I didn't hate the ending, because it was the only way to win, HDD keep possessing people, if this drama was longer than 16 episode it could go on and on non stop, he dies but will possess someone else, and they will close the case as if the killer died, but he will be already possessing another person who's unknown to the main leads, locking him up won’t work either, since he have a high spiritual power, he will just psychologically manipulate everyone in the prison and gets out easily, but what really irritated me was that no one knows about this except the the male and female lead, and later Bae Do Ryung only, who will believe them? they will think they're crazy.

Scored it 5.5 because watching someone taking revenge in a drama is enjoyable, but watching someone taking that revenge from the wrong person almost through the whole drama, and ruining the fragile romance development in the process is frustrating. also Lee Min jung's acting here is completely bland and made it worse for me, sorry to her fans.

Well honestly i don't drink so never get drunk and never will,but the truth i know is that if you're too close to a friend or a family member as the 3 brothers were portrayed in this drama you will or you should have been able too be honest with them maybe not all of the times but most of the times but they made it look like it's an impossible thing to do and stuffed the drama with these drinking scense.

gave it an 8 based on how much i enjoyed it and also liked the story personally not how great i think it is because it's not or i don't think so but the majority of dramas with mostly male casts or Bromance get high rating on this site if you know what i mean,this one has repetitive scenes for example the actress and the brother storyline looked like the filler i see in anime and also there is THE DRINKING scenes which was disturbing for me more than anything else in this drama...seriously in every episode there is more than one scene and the dialogue between the brothers is...well, it's a drunk people's dialogue what to say? one of the most ridiculous useless dialogue i have ever heard a massive waste of the actors screen time,three brothers who cared for one another but will never speak honestly and open up unless they're drunk,what logic is that? a drunk logic,maybe they tried to make them look realistic but no it just didn't work for me i end fast forwarding every drinking scene,The drama itself looked like a silent film i wished for more communication between characters specially from IU with the others.

Why female leads in revenge dramas always wear full makeup and elegant clothes when they start their revenge can't they do it without? it's very very very cliché.
