I liked it, the romance was very good the slow type of romance which i prefer personally because it's more realistic than an insta-love or a 16 episode drama with a little romance in 5 episodes and misunderstandings in the rest,this one has only one major misunderstand between the main couple in 50 episodes..now don't tell me this is (common) in asian dramas,because it's not.
Yes it was frustrating,the female lead was weak she is unfortunately the weakest link in the drama not because of a bad acting at all but the character she plays,no one like a lovely,naive and Innocent female lead any longer so it's the writer's fault,also there is the second male and female lead who was clingy,obsessed and creepy and their crazy mother was even worse,they are the main reason for all of the hate on this drama (hateful characters but definitely not a bad performance they were amazing in their role as villains) The male lead (Lee Se Yoon) was good character he was strong and determined but they ruined that just a little in the last 3 episode with too much useless drama that caused a rushed ending..sigh
DON'T read if you haven't watched and completed the Chinese version.
I was exited for this one and even added it to my PTW list without looking at the name because i like to watch IU on screen she is very charismatic, However when i found out its remake of the Chinese drama (Scarlet Heart) the memories of that drama wasn't a pleasant one i sincerely disliked it,the female lead was indecisive somehow she kept going back and forth between the princes i was confused asking my self where is the romance? who dose she really love the 4th,8th or maybe 14th!? the male and female lead did not spend much time on screen romantically why? because they were busy misunderstanding each other,I would have consider it bittersweet if i felt the love and sacrifice but no such a luck.all i get is a series of ridiculous misunderstanding that led to the most hideous ending.
if this is the same as the Chinese drama then I am washing my hand from it, no need to suffer all over again.
Boring the 2 main leads bicker all the time same characters in every romcom or most Asian dramas,I will become cross eyed from rolling it every time i see the main couple bicker like 2 kids over a toy.
Watching but it seems i will be dropping this one soon i am getting really tired of the bickering couple type of romance why there is too much of these i don't mind a couple that fight in a dramatic realistic way because of a serious matters or the type in a revenge and angst dramas like (secret) or bicker for a short period of time or in few episodes like (Doctors).

and the biggest problem it drags half of the show which is very annoying can't we watch a mature couple that meets, gets closer, become friends and fall in love like normal people.
PSH & JSW Being the only main characters here is inaccurate,Yoo Ho Jeong,Kim Seung Soo,Kim Bo Kyeong and Kim Heung Soo got a lot of screen time maybe even a little more than them. As for Lee Min Jung i think she got her fair share of screen time too but her character had no story or development.
Full of hateful and scamming characters from start to end. so frustrating and the female lead is weak she doesn't defend herself,she just stand there and takes all kind of humiliation that everyone gives her.
Does many people(female mostly) love this drama only because of the Bromance?

They will answer with a NO but i say a thousand YES not all of them but most of them, from experience with Anime,Manga and Asian drama fandom in general.. i keep ignoring all of these high rated dramas with mostly male cast (which might be really good)because of this sole reason it's shame to judge a drama this way without watching it but i can't help thinking that it's highly rated only because it has many male characters mashed up together in it and most female fans like that i don't think i need to explain more,Some actually hated the female lead in this drama because they wanted only the sibling together aww that's cute..watched 2 episodes it was average and boring for me.
really good,female fighter in a family melodrama something i haven't seen before and i thought the action scenes that the female lead performed were great i liked her personality she was strong i also liked her husband his character was new to me i couldn't figure him out he's childish and immature.
around episode 75 maybe when Yoo Ga Eun started to execute her revenge to the last episode i felt sorry for Park Jung Woo and Kim Mi Ran what a depressing life they had even though they deserved it,Yoo Ga Eun played them well specially Park Jung Woo she tricked him over and over again most of the show he did not have the time to make his brain register what is happening and why all of his great plans falling apart poor man.
Watched it while fast-forwarding every episode my finger was paralyzed for a while but it is not a bad drama but too many episodes and lots of coincidences.. characters always end up meeting in the same coffee shop,restaurant..etc..I would have believed it and took it seriously if they were living in very Small country or a village not a huge city.
The hairstyle of the 2 male leads at the start of the drama was ridiculous ..a wig or a real hair i couldn't tell but it was hilarious (Park Kwang Hyun) with Ajumma hairstyle is just NO NO wrong, thank god they changed it later in the series.
The ridiculous drama in the last 5 episodes wasn't necessary,overall typical RomCom drama 10 episodes should have been enough i was disappointed with same love triangle/polygon or whatever the same misunderstandings between the main couple and the same everything,nothing special here unfortunately which make it an average drama for me.
For me the first few episodes made me feel so sleepy i thought it was me at first but after another episode..it`s not me it`s this drama very very boring every time i watch an episode i feel that i have taking sleeping pills,it was also predictable.
they should make more of dramas with confusing or messed up plot even if many people dislike it example Doctor Stranger and The Great Seer at least you cannot predict everything. you will say (what is happening?) instead of (I knew that this was going to happen)
Despite the good acting,the plot is not original,most of the episodes were predictable,clichéd and the worst of all the huge amount of "coincidences" in a single episode,for example when there is a secret about to be revealed...well you know what happens... the cell phone rings or another character interrupt ruining the thrill.

PH shared much deeper relationship with JH than SH,I don't understand why people wanted PH to end up with SH?! he did not even love her and to be honest i would have been disappointed if he did... he was head over heels in love with JH from the start and to suddenly change his mind after everything he and JH gone through and decide that he loves SH is not just unrealistic but also supernatural..I am glad he did not waver and stayed loyal to JH till the end i wish all K-drama has such a couple .. thank you writer for a realistic relationship.
The plot was confusing and messy but different than other medical dramas and the ending was great that's why i liked it,definitely not for everyone though.
also i disagree about (Jin Se Yeon) being a bad actress at least not in this drama she improved since (Bridal Mask) and her face expression is much better than before.
In this drama i liked that the 2 main couple remained loyal to each other from the start to the end despite the existence of a another woman who tried to interfere but failed.

why is the female lead is so stupid like that i have never met a human being in my whole life as stupid and naive as her... her stupidity is beyond unrealistic how can she forgive and worry about the girl who destroyed her life,kidnapped her daughter and caused her death...All of the characters were stupid except the villain Han Na Young does this makes any sense to you?!!
in real life It's impossible for a human beings to accept these humiliations and insults from everyone and does not defend themselves no matter how kind and weak they gets.. they are bound to lose patience and fight back but the female lead here does not lose patience she function like a robot her mother in-law treat her badly her husband Lee Min Jae cheated on her with the villain,slapped her, throw objects at her, insulted her,accused her of adultery even though he is the one who committed it not her..etc and what did she do she sent him (forgive me) phone message and for what?! Nothing *Facepalm*
Watched it and felt sorry for the female lead's baby who she carried in a Baby Carrier on her back...she jumped and moved very roughly many times in the drama and the baby's head was moving and jiggling like crazy behind her,I had to close my eyes many times my heart ached for him.
