First ep was kind of... meh in my opinion. I understand why it was repetitive but it was still a bore to rewatch the same scenes again. It got a little better towards the end. I hope they don't make it weird with the sister and brother (even if they're not related) :s kind of sounded like they might go there...
Hoping for more of Suda Masaki's character, I'm pretty much watching this for him lol. Depending on how ep. 2 goes I might still drop the drama.
I've only watched 1,5 episodes so far... but this seems like a Korean version of https://kisskh.at/19702-nigeru-wa-haji-da-ga-yaku-ni-tatsu…
Oh same! I thought I was alone in thinking this! I'm sure they were inspired by NigeHaji. Way too many similarities. Though they have added a lot of their own sideplots to it so it has a unique, Korean take on the idea.
Super spoilery!! The ending was sad to me. And not because the leads didn't conclusively end up together (although its pretty much implied they will IMO), but because In Ho and Yoo Jung couldn't mend their friendship. That felt really sad to me, especially because Yoo Jung gave In Ho the signed book and then even cleared his debt :( I feel as though after that they should have found a way to slowly become real friends again... Not even Seol stayed friends with him. Everything just felt sad to me in the end. Only Bo Ra and Eun Taek had a good ending. The ending spoiled the drama for me. I also had issues with the creepiness in the drama, and the douchey guys in Seol's classes (the r*pist guy - um wtf? Put him in jail!!!) but anyways...
It bugs me when dramas don't answer the Real questions. Like how she's going to get old and he's going to keep his youthful looks. I also wanted to know more about his planet and the people he wanted to return to for 400 years. And though I didn't expect the drama to answer this one, I've gotta admit I'm super curious about how sick Min Joon would get if they went past the usual 'skinship', lol. Would the poor guy die? Haha oh dear. Overall I enjoyed this drama but it doesn't make my favorites list sadly. The main plot was predictable and IMO didn't hold up for the entire 21 episodes. Jun Ji Hyun did an amazing job in her main role though. I'm probably going to watch Legend of the Blue Sea next, just to see more of her.
