Aww that was bittersweet when JXN talked with Yan Lin in the jail 😢. He’s her best guy friend, and he loves her, but she only see him as a best friend. Living in the palace is so scary, you always have to be on guard or you can die at any moment. Even though the Yan family is innocent, bad people hates them and plant evidence against them. So sad

Done with ep 18, it’s becoming my favorite cdrama of the year!!! Every episode is interesting and go by just like in 20 mins. Now that the story is not like the previous life. Wonder what’s gonna happen next??? I’m sure it’s gonna be like Yan family is still going to fight off Xue family, while Pingnan is going to invade the place and bring chaos to both sides.
