Military Prince Cheng He doesn’t seem bad??? He seems to have a good side. I like the Northern Qi Princess, she’s witty and cute. Fang Xian is furious and I think we shall see some good actions coming up!! Also, old man vegetable dude didn’t deserved to die :(.

If I remember correctly Fan Xian is the real son of the emperor???? Ok on ep 4 and love the feel of the plot fork season 1. Every character is unpredictable and not as they seem. I cannot trust the crown prince or 2nd prince Cheng Ze. Every episode is interesting and the time flew by :). Now watching ep 5! Love the osts too!!
Didn’t expect to end up liking this drama so much!! Watching FL leading her family of women from rags to riches again was amazing!!! Anything can happen, as long as you persist. FL is kind, smart, courageous and brave! Love seeing her overcome adversity and showing that as long as you have grit, you can make it again from scratch. The saddest deaths for me was when Old Madame Hu died and sister Rong’s death. Overall it was a beautiful drama! Love HYT and ZJY’s chemistry.
Emperor is such an asshole!! He claims YX is his favorite nephew, but use him whenever and however he wants to; the stupid emperor have too much power and hurt and kill innocent people. Ughhhh I hope he die in the end. The actor portrayed him so well, that it’s scary!!! 😆 I don’t like the emperor, he is playing house with YX is so annoying!!!!! I hope YX can leave him soon and go live a happy life with HZ.
When HZ met grandpa again 😢!! I love their family bond. HZ is closes to her grandpa than dad; but I’m glad she and her dad made up. I’m liking the relationship between FL and ML. HYT has proven that he’s not just a pretty face in this drama. I think this is his best drama I seen him yet, besides his high school drama. Their chemistry is cute and lovely. All the aunties are good and it’s nice to see they’re a big family with different personalities, but still understanding and helping each other. And hmm maybe the king is dead???
Didn’t see ep 8 ending coming!!!! So is the crazy lady punishing FL bc her dad possibly killed crazy lady’s dad and take over his identity??? What did the old man did to crazy lady and how is his family tie into all of this bs???? The mil is a cuddling mother pos!!!! she loves her boy so much he turns into a killer!!!
