I think she is attracted to him physically and emotionally the time they got to know each other. To me, her fiancé is like a safe person and a duty to be together because they were engaged from when they were little. Also their moms are besties. They also are good friends. So like it’s like okay since I’m engaged to you and we like each other then let’s be together. Their love seems calm and sensible, which is what makes sense in the real world too. While her and ML are toxic and they have these push and pulls.
