I know people might've found Pin to be very annoying, but I really pity her. When she found out her Mother was poisoning Yai, you could see the pain in her eyes. She was conflicted and tried to balance out both sides. Pin was stuck in the middle and really tried her best. She just wants everyone to be happy, and safe. She may not be the smartest, but in the end she did bring Yai happiness.

It is bit a unrealistic I agree, and frustrating to watch. All I know is that I relate to knowing a person like Karakade, and really hating them.
