I'm starting to like this less and less... Which is a shame because I was all soft for the TanOil story and was eagerly waiting for more sweet scenes between them after the first 2 episodes.

But now the romance seems to have gone (or is definitely not as strong as at the beginning), It is starting to get on my last nerve and I just can't stand that Tarn girl (always wondered what Sea ever saw in her...)
I'll continue watching because I want to know where Tin and Sea will get to and if Tan and Oil will ever get back to the sweet relationship they once had, but I am a little disappointed by the last couple of episodes I have to say.

Yep, I agree. Things have not been progressing much since the Dad appeared and I'm annoyed because I really want to see where the Tan/Oil relationship is going and right now they feel more like siblings than anything else... I hope things progress faster in the next episode.

There is zero, I repeat, ZERO chemistry between the lead couple. In fact, it feels like an uncle interacting with a nephew that comes to visit every now and then. When he confessed, I actually thought he was being sarcastic - that's how flat, unbelievable and unconvincing it felt. David Chiu is a terrible actor. And he literally has only ONE expression on his face, when he was supposed to have: fallen in love, gone through a traumatic event, and even shown worry over his love interest having suddenly gone to hospital - only ONE facial expression! And I'm not even going to get started on how Soda annoys me.
I'm still here because I only have 3 more episodes to go and because Kane is just so cute.

I really hope they do the book's version justice, I want to see that slideshow :-D (and Itt on one knee, we just never know ;-) )

Oh that's interesting... have you not watched I told sunset about you yet?
I'm not saying I don't like this one (because I do) but I think at least that one is better than this on some levels, particularly on the acting.
And if you haven't, I highly recommend it.

ha ha - I agree. it like it was like it was Itt's secret twin brother, that had a completely different relationship with Pai, who said those words. The script (or acting?) doesn't make much sense to me...

Only 2 episodes left so they better do a lot of wrapping up real fast, especially on the Pure and Folk story, because I'm not liking Pure very much right now... :-/

I agree with you, Hello Stranger would probably have been a better choice for the first PH BL to be aired on national TV. However, I can see why the decision makers picked this one: everything is dramatic and the story is tragic, so likely to gather a larger audience. It almost feels like the fact that the main characters are both male and love each other is a detail. And that would probably be something that would make a lot of people who could be uncomfortable with such stories shown on national TV a little less "bothered" by it (yeah, even though it's 2020, they're still around).
I don't think My Day should or could have been the first BL to be shown on national TV as a couple of the episodes are probably too raunchy, especially for a prime time slot ;-)

The Novelist/Mood Indigo did give us sexual "tension" - it was full blown sexual action! lol

And I agree with your comment about Oh Aew: those "feminine" lead characters that shy away from acknowledging, expressing, or even honestly confessing their feelings can be really frustrating at time - so we have a really refreshing take on the uke here :-)

Come on Ben... Courier Guy is hot, kind, helpful AND he LIKES YOU. He's honest with you (he likes you and he tells you), he's not playing you or your feelings (by calling you things he shouldn't be calling you) and he's not selfish expecting you to drop everything because "he has a favour to ask you"... - What is there to think about? Just go with Olan and forget Jim the Jerk!

I usually don't like to be spoilt, but I know I won't read the novel so I actually want to say thank you for all these clarifications, as it was really bugging me that Itt seemed to be such a jerk when he wasn't that bad when they were younger.
Because we was always saving Pai at that time, I just couldn't bring myself to hate him, but I was heading slowly but surely ^^'

I have now seen Trailer #3 and I am SO EXCITED about the final episodes. Just cannot wait for my happy ending!
