It was a very sweet story, that didn't follow the norms of the little person vs the corporate family business. We did get to hate the other woman, and the CEO's father, but it all worked out in the end because of love. However, apart from *that* night, intimacy was only implied - not even a passionate kiss passed between the couple - which I found unrealistic. Masahiro and Mirei make a lovely couple and this should have been fleshed out more. They professed love for each other, but we didn't see that on screen.
