The interaction between the two male leads though!?!?! Who needs a love story, or a love triangle for that matter,…
I'm telling you. I wish this wasn't a love triangle but this ep pretty much confirmed it. I'm more attached to the second lead than the main lead to be honest. Love their bromance ?
It was indeed the Korean version of German series Dark. Please vented, whined, and how ugly they felt for a romance…
Couldn't have said it better myself. I knew the whole mother liking son thing was just a drama device and couldn't possibly be real, plus after watching a lot of dramas this period I find that only with Alice did I not find myself skipping through. (Alice and Voice) other dramas have too many fillers but Alice focused on the story all through. I love it, it wasn't boring.
Essentially YTY 2050 and YTY 2020 are the different versions of the same person. One was 26 in 2050 when the other…
No, it was clearly written on the first episode that YTY2050 was 25 when she gave birth to JG. If we were to go 25 years from 2050, another dimension YTY would be one year old. 1992 is 58 years away so there is a controversy here that needs to be explained.
Lol so true! They must be high on something stronger than weed to show a 2050 TY (who is btw supposed to be atleast…
Just to correct something. TY2020 isn't the same TY2050. That is TY2020 didn't travel to 2050 after she made time machine, then came back in 1992 for the book of prophesy. In 2050 TY was 25 when she came to 1992, TY 2020 was six. It is impossible for them to be the same. They gave us the answer past episode: TY2050's mother came to the past and married her husband from the future then gave birth to TY2020. TY2020 is version of TY that shouldn't exist. Perhaps if her father in 1992 had married her mother's version in 1992. But that didn't happen thanks to time traveling. After all their age gap doesn't add up.
I believe a lot of questions were answered and others raised. I think something must have happened to one dimension JG that caused him to embark on a mission of killing all the versions of his mother. And apparently when two versions of the same people meet, they merge in a way that can't be explained but will pass overtime. The same thing that is happening to present JG did not happen to TY because the other self is already dead. Perhaps through time travel the other dimension JG became the teacher. Meeting with that seok oh won and probably other dimension JG does not want time traveling to end hence why he is doing all of this because then he would die and likey so would TY. I am amazed at the acting all round and still love this story because it keeps me on my toes and isn't at all predictable. There's a lot of twists but it isn't too long so I will allow it. For me this will always be one of the best Kdrama of 2020.
so,in what year was mom YTY was born?? actually no ones age adds up,YTY,oh won, captain detective!!!and yty's mother…
Essentially YTY 2050 and YTY 2020 are the different versions of the same person. One was 26 in 2050 when the other was 6 in 1992. In some ways, YTY2020 shouldn't exist. She only exist because YTY2050's mother came back to the past using the time machine. In other words if there was no time machine then she wouldn't be born. It's not yet answered why the mother ran away with the book but I think in the case of YTY2050, she must have suspected that she would need the book that's why she took it with her when she ran away.
Hey, people say it to me all the time. It's not that rear to hear people say you look like someone. When I was…
I don't have comprehension issues. What did I miss from your comment. Is it the paranormal events? Like I said above I just wanted to point out that you were shooting yourself in the mouth about TY not asking for a pic. Plus paranormal activities around you? Your life must be a movie then or maybe you just need to learn to separate fiction from reality.
Hey, people say it to me all the time. It's not that rear to hear people say you look like someone. When I was…
Also try reading your own post before you post it. You were fussing about TY not asking for a picture because you would have asked for one. And my answer to that is realistically you wouldn't think that there was someone who looked exactly like you out there, even if movies have made you become aware of doppelgangers and the rest, plus remember that TY never met any such doppelganger characters in the same world as herself. And lastly, she did ask for a picture. Take your time to read slowly before replying or posting anything, to avoid being called a snob.
Honestly, if someone ran up on me saying I looked like his mother, other strangers reacted the same way and all…
Hey, people say it to me all the time. It's not that rear to hear people say you look like someone. When I was young they told me I am the exact copy of my mother, I didn't think so but I didn't make a fuss about it. You wouldn't exactly think when people say you look like someone that they might be your doppelganger, do you. Let's forget about movies and come to reality. Also when TY asked for a picture JG said he didn't have any.
From what I understand, Alice isn't about time traveling but dimension hopping, as was explained in ep 12. The people in each dimension are different. They may look alike and share some similarities in their story or history but they are not the same person. TY is hurt that all JG sees is his mother. Who would want to be seen as another person. Everything is finally being explained one after the other. both the writer and actors and actresses are all doing a great job. Those who dropped this amazing drama, and those moaning about relationship between mother and son don't know what they are missing.
I couldn't watch this, dropped it on the third episode. Not because it wasn't interesting but I got invested in Seung Ah's story. I kept waiting for her to turn into a bad person, a person who deserved the shit MY was putting her through. But the more I watched the more of a good and normal person she seems. She is a plot device I know, but she was given too much screen time, I got to know her and MY and JK started to annoy me with their flirting. Maybe on further episodes something might come to light but I cant take it anymore.
Could you point out the plot holes to me as I’m a bit dense and can’t see them lol..
The way I see it, those notes didn't appear one after the other like magic but were already on the wall, left there in 2020. They dramatised it to make it seem she is reading them immediately after he writes them but given how she acted when she saw them again after coming back to 2020, I don't think it appeared as soon as he wrote it.
Also there is so much about time travel we don't know and everyone has its version. According to the story, it seems Alice isn't about time traveling but dimension hopping and it is believed that dimensions lie side by side. Anyway is better to wait till the end to judge.
