You have no idea how much this irritates me. I love watching BLs as much as any fujoshi out there but I want me my bromance too but get a lot of people including BLs in their recommendations.

I haven't seen the drama untamed, but I have read the novel and it is a bl. The point I was trying to make that obviously escaped you, is that BL and Bromance aren't the same thing. Use the term accordingly because you and many others will confuse people who don't know about it. When they ask for bromance, you will recommend a bl and if that's not their cup of tea they would be disturbed.

No, he loves Fuling. The proof is that his love for Bai Shou was because of the comfort he thought she gave him. Put in another way, he never loved Bai Shou, he loved Bai Xi from the beginning. He just got the wrong person.

At first I thought he was being too overprotective but then I remember how foolish and hard headed FL is. She knows that Wu is up to something but still follows without FY around to protect her. He is right to put a leash on her cause she can be so forward and determined only to end up in a mess. Like what happened with her father and what happened to her hands.

Have you seen Inextricable destiny, I think the dynamic would look like that. The girl is strong, the boy is weak and even becomes foolish and it works.

I just can't understand the love for the ML and characters like him. (XL from lost you forever ever too) I mean he is nothing but selfish, manipulative, controlling and delusional. Tell the FL that he was doing all these things so she could be by his side like he is doing her a favor. When she asks him" well did you ask me if I am willing to be by your side?"
He says, "why won't you be willing" like he is God's perfect gift to mankind and every woman should fall over themselves to be with him. (plus the actor isn't the most attractive actor. It's my preference so don't judge me. I just don't find him attractive, not like XL's actor at least)
He tries to cage her, tries to ruin her family and goes out of his way to frame her guard out of pure jealousy. I don't understand why a man like that is seen as so good. Is it because of power? Because he would overturn everything and every one for her? Well no, HRZ and Jing would do that. They won't control FL, will protect her with hurting her and going against her wishes.
I'm not upset with the end cause I know better than to expect a good ending from Chinese drama. I learned to enjoy the ride and ignore the end, but I can't accept that HRZ wasn't real so I obsessively looked for the novel and found out what I want. I'm satisfied now.

After hearing people say FLs voice is annoying I had to really listen but I hear it. There were times when I found her annoying too but she was also very endearing and funny so I think it balanced out for me. I love this drama so much that I rewatch episode while I'm still binging. I want to watch season 2 seeing how everyone looks so refreshed and charming in it but I'll let it stew a bit more. ML 's smile and his ability to switch from cute and fluffy to ruthless and deadly is such a turn on. I can't get over him. I need another character like this.

When I saw the rating, I thought I wouldn't watch this even though I just fell for the ML in inextricable destiny but then I saw the FL in the romance of hua rong and she seemed interesting so I gave this a try and it was really, really good. I tried to see why some people didn't like it but couldn't though from reading some comment I see it's the fact that the FL was clingy and the writer drew out the amnesia. I think that's why I liked it. Having her forget for a while longer than what we expect is refreshing and new to me so I didn't hate that. FL wasn't clingy initially, she was funny and light hearted, she only got clingy because of the women surrounding her man and I actually admire her ability to fight through and not give up on him. I can't dislike her at all and I think both actors played their characters really well.

Let me help you out here a bit cause I don't think you fully understood what happened in those episodes.

Jiling did not burn the star chart just for revenge. She had to burn it to prevent RY's uncle from getting his divination. See with those divinations the mastermind, that's the regent, would be difficult to defeat. RY couldn't see the regents future because his uncle was interfering so within reason, that star chart had to go.

Also he was faking being a "fool" towards the end but the minute he decides to be "normal " again, his attitude is different.'

He faked being a fool because he was afraid that if Jiling knew he was back to normal she would leave him for good. He hoped that she wouldn't leave him and fall for him so he kept up the act then when she started to distance herself from him, he remembered that she had never wanted to marry him and that she had been forced to marry him to save her life, plus it's his own uncle that was responsible for it. RY couldn't forgive himself for what is uncle had done to JL's family and could not let himself gain happiness with her that's why he divorced her and then later refuse to go back to her, hoping she would be happier somewhere else. He also thought she couldn't stand to be with him after all his family was responsible for what had happened to her.

The part about her senior was really strange and I really felt they could have talked it out but the writer needed a punchline so here we are.

I was also annoyed when he stopped looking for her but I kind of understand why he did. He thinks she doesn't want to be found. She is hiding from him and if she doesn't want to be found he would be forcing himself on her. We know he can find her through his divination but he doesn't. I think some part of him hoped she would return when she was ready, like has happened before and if she doesn't, he hoped he would die quickly. He lived like an empty shell after, missing her and falling sick even though the pill was suppose to make him strong and healthy. When he was a fool he was inhibited and carefree but RY is usually a person with a thin face and he doesn't like making things difficult for those he cares about.

She is not his mother. She is the woman in the emperor story. The one the emperor had to let go of. He told that story to explain something about his father's actions. How his father who could only give divinations, gave up on it to be with his mother. She is not his mother.

I also wish for more eps of them being happy but honestly for a Chinese drama, I'm just glad none of them died and that they ended up together. I couldn't ask for more.

Everyone should be free to interpret what they want so long as it does not hurt the feelings and reputation of the actors. Feeling that there's sexual tension between two male characters who are straight should not be a crime or a reason for contention

Sorry I don't think you should be so sure about something you don't really know about. You haven't even watched it so why comment about what the ml should have done or shouldn't do. Also not everyone reacts to betrayal the same way. Not everyone will pick the villain path just because they were betrayed.

People sometimes don't read synopsis because they spoil the show for them. There are times I read synopsis and lose interest in a story but I think at episode one everyone should be able to tell where the story is going and quit early
