wha is this?scandal kid got top actress dilreba as Lead Role partner?Papa really does everything for his beloved…
What scandal? CFY did nothing wrong. He is an adult and had a consensual relationship with a woman who was free at that time. Then they parted ways and later the photos from his private moments with her were leaked. He is the one who is a victim here., I feel so sorry for him that he can't trust anyone. I don't understand Chinese fans at all, why is it shocking that he would date someone/sleep with someone when he is an adult. I think it's an Asian thing that fans feel like the actor belongs only to them. Please educate yourself on what really happen and stop spreading misinformation.
I feel sorry for the actors who have worked hard just to receive bad reviews from people who have WORST TASTE…
What's wrong with wanting the drama to be good and worth the hype?
The script is incredibly important as it affects the storytelling and logic behind the scenes and plot. Bad editing also negatively affects the storytelling and is very distracting while watching.
What is the valid reason for you to drop a drama then?
I don't understand why you would watch a show with 'useless plot' as you wrote. Why not watch something with better plot instead? There's lots of dramas there to enjoy.
I like the actors in this drama and their characters, but there are a lot of aspects of the drama that sadly disappointed me and affected the enjoymend of watching it.
But if these things don't bother you and you enjoy the drama that's good for you.
Saying that censorship is better wtf. Like there are people fighting against censorship.
I never said anything like that. I don't think you understood what I wrote.
Noone wants the censorship and we are all praying it will be lifted one day.
What I said is that for me personally what really matters is the quality of the production like good story, plot, character and relationship development etc.
So I would rather watch a show like 'The Untamed' that is censored in terms of romantic relationship, but despite that does an incredible job at conveying love between main characters and has incredible plot.
So I would rather watch a drama like that rather than a drama that has weak script and plot, but portrays romantic relationship between two men without censhorship.
I hope I explained it better this time.
That is just my opinion, you don't need to agree with me.
I feel sorry for the actors who have worked hard just to receive bad reviews from people who have WORST TASTE…
I don't think the actors are to blame at all, I think they did quite decent job with what they had. The main issue here is the editing and scrip. π I really was looking forward to this drama so I'm really sad. I guess if the budget was bigger these issues would be fixed.
I've finished the first episode and I'm not impressed. My two main issues are terrible editing and things not making sense.
I still don't understand why Xiao Bao thinks the other guy is a girl. He didn't look like one at all. And if he was dressed as a woman for some reason why was that not explained?
Two scences involving carriage were horribly edited. At 10:05 when the carriage shook because the fight it looked like a big commotion, but on the next take the carriage is so still like nothing happened. That looked so awkward and unnatural. π
At 34.23 Xiao Bao is in the carriage when the other guy runs away on the horse, but on the next take Xiao Bao somehow magically appears outside the carriage and looks as the other guy passes him on the horse. That didn't make any sense as he couldn't be in two places at the same time. π
I will keep on watching to give the drama a chance as I quite like the characters and actors, but I don't have high hopes.
Many people want to watch this show. ...but because of Arthur chen ,they lost interest. ....why did they choose…
I think Chen Feiyu was an excellent choice, I can't imagine anyone else as Moran, plus he has great chemistry with Luo Yunxi. He was chosen for the role before the rumours have spread, and rumours are just rumours. Nothing has been confirmed. My advise to anyone is just not to get attached to any actors and stop idolising them as we never know what kind of people they really are and also to learn to separate actors from the characters they are playing.
https://youtu.be/OkMuFvr6XRU?feature=sharedWhy does AvenueX always hates tteotm and LYXπ starting at 7:07 for…
I watched the video too. I mean she can have her own opinion on the show and TTEOTM is far from being a perfect drama (I still enjoyed it quite a lot though) and some of her criticism makes sense, but the moment she started talking about LY my jaw dropped. She is clearly biased when it comes to him. I mean she started complaining that his role in Ashes of Love made people perceive him as an actor who does wire work for xianxia dramas perfectly and gracefully. And that is why he got so many acrobatic fight scenes in TTEOTM and that was one big fanservise. Like seriously?! The man is good as his job so obviously he will be casted in roles that emphasise his talents and fit his skills. It's so clear that she dislakes him strongly.
Hello friend! I am looking some dramas and I suddenly come here so I must ask you why is all the fuss about this…
I am happy to add my opinion too! βΊοΈ First of all, the novel is a masterpiece! Seriously, 2ha is my all time favourite book. It's very complex, dark, twisted and angsty. The list of trigger warnings is almost one page long.
The story is not what it seems at the beginning. It gets more and more complex. I was so obsessed reading it I couldn't stop. There are scenes I reread more than ten times. π . Also, despite all the angs, the humour in the novel was totally my cup of tea. So many hilarious situations π
Second, the characters are so well written and you can't help loving them with your whole heart. The way Moran was written, how he has changed and evolved over the course of novel was so well done and rewarding to read.
But LYX's character Chu Wanning is my all time favourite. You can't help, but want to protect him at all costs πβ€οΈ. He is a cultivation teacher that appears cold, untouchable and condescending. But in reality he's a socially awkward introvert with low self-esteem that wants to secrafice his life to help common people. He has suffered so much in the novel as he was deeply misunderstood by others. He's such a precious character β€οΈ LYX was born to play him. When I was reading the novel, the drama has wrapped up shooting already so I already had LYX in my head as CW and I can't imagine anyone else. We fans were blessed with the best possible cast.
And of course the relationship between main characters. No other love story has touched me so deeply as theirs. I could simply write a book on how I loved their relationship progression. π
Apart from the novel being a masterpiece, another reason to look forward to this production is it's high budget. From the bts pictures it's easy to see that the costumes and sets are really expensive and detailed. Looks like CGI is going to be top notch as well if the same production company that was responsible for TTEOTM is in charge.
I just hope that the script writers will do justice to this wonderful story. That's all that I am worried really.
If this drama comes out one day, it's going to be huge, especially internationally β€οΈ.
Just leaving this link to the best so far (in my opinion) fan video from the drama. I think someone has shared it before, but this is truly a MASTERPIECE and deserves way more views. Enjoy!
The drama is based on a BL novel so it's only natural. However, if it ever airs unfortunately it will be very censored meaning we will not be getting anything more than bromance and the plot will be hugely modified as well. So this will be more 'enemies to friends', kind of vibe I guess, so you have nothing to worry. No real BL stuff in this. For the actors themselves they are most likely both straight (CFY was even involved in a scandal recently for sleeping with his female fan).
I was supposed to be receiving therapy at LIS. But found myself rewatching TTEOTM. π PTSD?At the hostage prince…
This look is seriously one of his best if not the best! And his hairstyle and makeup there π. He looked so stunning!!! Love his high ponytail and the hairpiece, and the subtle make up and his robes. Yes, those colours looked so good on him π
I don't find this ending happy at all. TTJ secrificed himself. All his life was hurt and pain. He didn't deserve this ending. I cried my eyes out watching last episode, I was hoping he and Susu can live and be happy together.
I agree it was a crappy ending, but it wasn't a waste because in the end TTJ won. He didn't destroy the world…
You have a point with this, yet it still is too tragic for me to accept. π I wasn't expecting this type of ending, I thought that for all the hurt, pain and suffering TTJ will be given a happy ending with Susu. I can't believe that all the couples in the drama had bad ending.
I hate the ending so much! I cried my eyes out not believing what was happening! I can't believe YOUKU did this to TTJ! He suffered all his life so much for THIS? !
What was even the point of him being so good and noble? All his suffering was in vain in the end!
What is the purpose of his life? He was better than anyone else yet everyone misunderstood and hated him! The fate was so cruel to him, he didn't deserve any of THIS!
I can't belive this is really happening! So the message of the drama is that no matter how hard you try, how good you are, and how strongly you love others you can't reverse the destiny! I really hate this!

A lot of things didn't make sense and editing was horrible.
Seriously, I prefer censored BL dramas with good plot, writing and execution rather than illogical, low budget BL series. π
