I'm kidding. This is the internet, we shouldn't take everything everyone says so seriously. Anyway, the way real music, tv and film ratings work is - you review the entire work when you can consume the entire thing. People rating a show before it's finished is misleading and feels purposefully harmful, and often fanwars will spam lower like this - hence the concern.
