If people has problems to find interesting this drama, then forget it... is more focused with Law (Business) and Slice of life, than romance genre. So, if you don't like Business drama forge it. Also there are a few good romantic scenes between the main leads, but if you don't follow the whole history you will not understand it. 8.5/10 for me :)

Easy... how he speak (the words), behavior and the most important, his SKILLS! In 3 YEARS as garderen he become rich with the investment stocks, also teach it. That's why Na Juhee want to investigate it... is the personality of Lee Seungcheon and she already knows all the secrets about the Golden Spoon, if there is a posibility, she would like to investigate it. :) I guess this is what loves means, neves lose the hope (that is one of the messages in the drama).

Also a reminder all people that used the Golden Spoon in the end get a punishment (death or other thing). In case of Lee Seungcheon, he lose his parents, friends, love and past momories, Jeong Nara "lose" her baby, Gwon Yohan paralitic (can't talk or move) and REAL Han Seonghun (FAKE Hwang Taeyong), insta DEAD. For me the ending is perfect, with powerful messages: nothing comes free, the karma will come to you soon or later before you expect it and your fate can be changed in your own, but you can not force it. In my opinion that Old Granny is a "Reaper" waiting her time to punish the sinners (buyers of the Golden Spoons). She knows everything and knows whats gonna happen, that's what I think.
