Well i'm pretty sure that it's impossible for any of them ends with Shi Mei.(+fans would be mad) His gender was changed because it would be hard for director to show story with chinese cenzoreship and when there is female it's always easier. I saw one photo (MR and Chu Wanning) + read somewhere
few times dramaa will have homo-erocism implication i think it's true. About romance genre i think it's possible for fans to edit this page? So one of them probably edited it.

Most of dramas are rated +13, sometimes +15 like the Untamed. I wish this one could be +18 so it could present a story true to the novel

Everyone who enjoyed The Husky and His White Cat Shizun I can recommend reading Yu Wu. It's novel of same the author about two friends one from noble family second slave who became friends and something more with the time. Unfortunatelly novel starts when General Gu Mang almost killed his younger friend Mo Xi after defecting and treasoning his country. From 197 chapters 130 is translated to english, rest is translated by MTL. Novel is full of angst and sad moments but it's really well written and transfers u to experience story of two young generals. Unfortunatelly China doesn't allow for gay dramas, they had to change Shi Mei gender to be able to show story of Mo Ran and Chu Waning. With girl as as MoRan's crush it's more possible to show relationship between two male leads with some hints.

Today main leads recorded commercial of yoghurt who is one of dramas sponsor. They became Mo Ran and Chu Wanning again. Of course it doesn't mean drama will be april but there is still hope! : )

I was reading Sha Po Lang and now I am reading Yu Wu. Spl was nice but it's action is cirlcing around politics/military so I stopped reading it. But Yu Wu with every chapter is getting better and better. Hope you enjoy both novels =)

I never comment on peoples' look etc. but seeing photos of Shen Shi Liu on instagram I just cannot with fact how handsome he looks in the drama. And this "handsomes" works well with type of drama. I can see there some sadness but also other feelings that i cannot tell. For me one of the best looking actor
