An extremely sweet drama that captures the hearts of viewers instantly
It is a wonderful drama I highly recommend. As a foodie myself who also has a thirst for Chinese historical tales this drama indeed quenched my hunger in a wonderful way. I'm quite surprised at the low rating as it seems a lot enjoyed this drama.
All in all I highly recommend this drama as it is quite mature and interesting. it leaves the viewers aching for more in a sweet way and I must mention the chemistry between the two actors was quite evident and well played out
the pacing became abit slow at the middle but that is exactly for a 40 episodes drama and not to mention it picked up immediately after.
